No breakfast provided but an espresso maker and coffee and milk provided. I liked it so much I asked if I could stay a second day but it had already been booked. I did enjoy a wonderful stay at an inn-restaurant in the Dolomites. I would definitely return. There was also a compact kitchen, but the town has so many restaurants that I could eat out every meal.

A boutique hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were well appointed and the proprietor was very accommodating. The air conditioning was a welcome feature and breakfast was delicious. We ate dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it very much as well. It was very reasonably priced.

Nice stay you do not expect in the middle of a very little town.
The hostel is well organized on 3 floors with the kitchen on the top floor and rooms at the others. All furniture looks new and well maintained. The fact that it is one of the last hostels before entering the high-priced region of Dolomites where only 3+ star hotels are available makes it a "forced" stop for a lot of young people. And this happen at any moment of the year - I was there in mid september and I had a fantastic stay with people from Germany, France, England and South america and California! Incredible experience you simply do not expect in the middle of (almost) nowhere. In addition the owner was very helpful in providing me a nice Pizza dinner (the closest shop/ restaurant is 4 km away)

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels.
Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

Breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was super helpful about things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The view was beautiful.
We were here for Circleland. People were really friendly and very helpful. The views are absolutely stunning and there are loads of lovely restaurants and Cafes, as well as the supermarket and independent shops. We didn’t get much of a chance to explore the area, but there were lots of walks that were recommended. It felt like a very safe and welcoming place. We got to places quickly but had to climb a lot of stairs! This kept us fit, so we could enjoy the Tirolese influenced food at La Taverna Gufo. ( The Owl Tavern). There’s a real owl in the wood carving shop, that has its own Facebook page. The gelato is the best.
