My friend and I couldn't pass up an opportunity to sleep in a cave, and 7 Caves Hotel delivered! The staff was very accommodating, even though we had a late check-in, and allowed us to enjoy breakfast on our own time. The cave itself was very well-insulated and much cooler than the outside, and the shared bathrooms were nicely set up and equipped with all the necessities. The outdoor patio area also has a great view of the medieval castle and is easy to find. The only thing we didn't look at was its location, as we thought it was much closer to Petra instead of 30-40 minutes away. This wasn't a huge issue, but definitely is something to consider especially if you are doing Petra at Night!

The location is just breathtakingly amazing. We were the only occupants of the entire facility. Yet, everything was well maintained, everything was clean and working. There was a very well equipped gym with sauna available. Mr. Hani was our host who was v v cooperative. We paid for the dinner which was too much for us, but it was fresh.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The included breakfast and the purchased dinner were delicious and had a nice variety. The view was spectacular. We really enjoyed the balcony, mountain views and the quiet sitting areas. The showers will give you an opportunity to experience the culture :-) There are no shower curtains, but you can squidgy the floor when you are done. This is a family owned business, and they were nice to work with. We will bring our future visitors here to stay. It is a convenient distance from Petra. Have a full day in Petra and stay here on your way back to Amman.
