The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were very accommodating of my requests. The location is great, close to everything. Nice breakfast and clean facilities. All in all very good value for the price. Some people complained in other posts about the beds being hard so I had that concern but actually I thought they were ok, soft but firm, just right, I slept fine.

We ate our breakfast at the washitsu, drank the free beer in the living room and had a relaxing bath. We also used the private onsen and sauna.

Great hotel for being out in the country. The hotel staff was very helpful. The onsen was beautiful!
