Perfect! We loved our stay. We were welcomed with delicious pastries. The house was very very clean! We did our laundry & hung out of the balcony soaking in great views of the lake. The apartment is very cozy with lots of blankets & heater to keep warm. Would 100% book again. Thanks for the perfect stay :)

Outstanding! Homemade apple juice as a welcome drink was a sweet gesture.
Keep in mind, its cash only, so you'll have to make sure to have it with you, cause there are no banks in that town.
Incredibly happy we chose this accommodation, as Mikica is a great host and we were super comfortable during our stay. Good WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, perfect location (3min walk to 2 great grocery stores), heater in the room, enough space to accommodate 4-5 people, plenty of parking and the best beds out of all our reservations during this roadtrip. Everything is in great shape and clean.
By the way, they can arrange extra activities (lake boat tour, rafting, etc) for pretty reasonable cost (I know for sure, because we did our research on options available).
Last, but not least - Mikica (and his son) helped us a lot with a stray dog we found on the road.

Cozzy cabins with everything you would need. No need to bring anything except food, even there is fresh coffee and coffe machine in cabins. The owner Momir was very helpful, he described us hiking routes etc.

definitely our two days were not enough, at least four are necessary. Everything is near but it takes a long time to get anywhere via narrow and curvy roads, with many view points where you simply must stop.
There are two rivers, Piva and Tara, and nice mountains Durmitor for hiking

Pluzine is not so popular spot for the tourist so far.
Pluzine is not so popular spot for the tourist so far. So it is not crowded by tourist. But for the nature lover it is a perfect place to be at Pluzine. Nature at it's best here. Amazing view of Piva lake which is surrounded by the high mountain makes Pluzine very scenic. It is worth a boat ride in the lake. The road conditions to reach Pluzine is very good. There are few good restaurants.

The town itself is absolutely nothing special, not much to see, though they are building some new road and something that probably will become a place for a walk. Everything here is about the lake and activities related. We went there for a SUP tour, and it was perfect. There are also few good restaurants in the town, all serving fresh fish from the lake and local meat.

The lake is beautiful, but for swimming your only options...
The lake is beautiful, but for swimming your only options are the gravel beach in the town (mostly warm, stagnant water, and full of local kids) or taking a kayak or boat tour out onto the lake. By kayak or boat you can reach a swimming platform where you can swim among fish out in the lake.
Boat trips, however, are overpriced at 30 euros for 1 hour and 50 euros for 2 hours. The 2-hour trip takes you to a cave where you can hear hundreds of bats chirping above you. Unfortunately the boat captains don't speak English, so it's hard to get information about what you're seeing on the tour. You don't get more than about 30 mins for swimming. Perhaps it would be possible with the help of the tourist info center to arrange for a boat to drop you at the swimming platform and come back for you in a few hours, and if I went back that's what I would do.
As for other activities in the area, hiking and cycling seem to be the main ones. There are a couple of daily buses to the monastery nearby, but I didn't know this until I saw a sign for them on my way out of town.
Bus travel to and from Pluzine is relatively easy. Thru buses stop right at the entrance to the town, across from the tourist info center. Buses originating in Pluzine start from the green shelter adjacent to the tourist info center. Bus times are unreliable but I've found the ones listed on Balkanviator as purchaseable online to be accurate.
Overall, unless you're planning to use Pluzine as a base for exploring the area or cycling/hiking, it doesn't really merit an entire day. A quick boat tour, maybe a visit to the monastery a few km away, and you can be on your way to your next destination.

Little village with nothing going on.
Little village with nothing going on. If the weather is not nice then there is nothing to do. The lake is lovely but the whole village is under development. I would like to visit in 5 years and see the end result!
