After paying for a queen deluxe suite we were shown to a very small room with one queen bed. When I complained they moved us to a better room with a king bed. They said there would not be a price change. That night we were asked to pay 500mx more as we returned from a great day. I said no. The next day we were asked again for the 500 pesos. The staff was young and were professional, but I was unsettling. We ere the only people in the hotel. Please explain to me why you advertised the room upgrade and did not stand by your word.

Plenty of hot water in the shower, quiet even on a weekend, and decent mattresses and bedding. You'll get some good sleep here. The family that runs it was super nice and helpful and tried to fix all the problems.
