Great for our first visit to Phoenix - 10 min from Annual Spring Ostrich Festival at Chandler's Tumbleweed Park -- wonderful, safe, clean family event with MANY rides, Alaskan pig races and of course ostriches, plus really good concerts at the amphitheater in the evening. Also made a stop at the Old West Cactus Farm just nw of Phoenix - 32 acres of well-priced selections - great place to learn too. And ran out of time to do all the antiquing we wanted -- highly recommend Chandler's Merchant Square for antiques along with other places. Never got to the Crayola Crayon Experience but kids might like that too.

Beautiful, clean ,safe ,upscale ,romantic, ivisited a little ways away from chandler but I promise I'm glad I stayed there and will always stay there no matter were I visit in phoenix absolutely ❤️ loved it

Chandler is beautiful.
Chandler is beautiful. We will hold fond memories of our family gathering for the wedding of our young couple. We used the Chandler Community Center and it was a wonderful venue. The staff there were so pleasant and helpful.

Great location! Plenty of dining options. It was beautiful inside - even though you had to walk up flight of stairs. I think it was meant for the younger generation. Nice couch, but I couldn't sit on it. I need support as well as a place to elevate my right leg. I sat at the table with my foot on a chair. The bedrooms could use another TV - at least in the master. I wouldn't have to watch sports. And finally the beds. For my old body, I need support and I found the beds too soft. Younger people probably wouldn't have the problem.

It was the worst they didn’t have clean towels in the morning. I had to wait till 11 o’clock to receive clean towels. The place should be condemned. It is a shame that they are collecting peoples money. I was almost to the point to sleep in my car.

The host changed my unit to one in a completely different...
The host changed my unit to one in a completely different building without any notice to me. The way I discovered the change was by being denied entry after entering my code on the keypad. Then literally a minute later someone else shows up, enters a code and gains access to the unit. After texting the host back and forth, they assumed that it was my error with the keypad. Only then, after I insisted that someone is occupying my assigned unit, do I find out about the change. This concept of not providing any notice is NOT good service.
The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the large size of the refrigerator. The table and chairs provided a nice area to set up for work, which I needed to do in the morning. The location is convenient to downtown Chandler. There is a nice pool on the property.
They had individually wrapped breakfast sandwiches and snack items. We took the sandwiches to the room and heated in the microwave. I felt they did a better job with their free breakfast than other places we have stayed during the pandemic. Rueben was on the desk both visits. He was very personable and helpful.
Location was convenient to 101 & 60 freeways. It was a very quiet motel considering the McDonald's on one side and a kind of junky looking residential area on the side my room overlooked. However, it was still very QUIET. I slept just fine. After all that's the main reason for a motel room, right?
My stay at the hotel was amazing, the location is at the perfect place, easy to find. The breakfast was very delicious, the rooms are comfortable, the shower is perfect, everything is super clean. The place is safe and beautiful.
This is a great hotel. Huge spacious rooms. A safe and nice area. Close to restaurants shops and easy to get too. Good breakfast, pool, and weight room. One of the best Residence Inn's I have stayed in.
We have stayed at this hotel for years as it is close to the home of one of our children. Great location! It has now changed hands, was redecorated and is just not as good as it was.
Location is great as I thought I could use is at a guest house. I live near by and sometimes there's too many family members that visit, and we need an extra room.
Nothing, no Wi-Fi room smelled terrible and nobody came to vacuum when I brought it up, just gave me air freshener which obviously didn’t help anything.
