We were in town for a wedding and the wedding venue...
We were in town for a wedding and the wedding venue recommended this hotel due to location. We checked in and immediately left for a welcome dinner. We went to bed when we got back and when we woke up in the morning we learned our room had roaches. My husband found one in the tub and we then saw them crawling in my daughter's shoes and on our suitcases!! When I notified staff the manager on duty, Derek (I think) was exceptional! He offered to immediately refund our money and cancelled the next night's stay. Since we booked through booking.com he walked us through the process to get them to assist with the refund. The refund and cancelation were processed within the week.

The staff was great and very thoughtful and helpful. Also liked how well prepared you were in making necessary adjustments for ongoing and ever changing pandemic crisis. You put out bag breakfast and lunches for all your hotel guest because you could not provide cook meals at the time because of the pandemic. Just an overall outstanding job.
The hotel is centrally located and nice. The breakfast was good considering COVID-19. They have the area by the hot food roped off and have someone working that put what you want into a to go box to limit who was getting near the hot food. Other items that were sealed, like granola bars, were where you could get them. The coffee stirrers were wooden and each were individually wrapped with a paper wrapper. Definitely liked how they take care of their guests.
Mrs Brenda that worked the front desk was absolutely phenomenal! She had to work with very inclement weather coming in but she still treated guests with such kindness that you felt like she was family to you. The housekeeping staff were also so kind as well. The room smelt very clean when we walked in and you could tell it was maintained nicely. I’m getting married later this year and will 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends!
The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, I believe her name was Barbara. As well as anyone else they were all professional and kind. The king size bed and blankets were honestly the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel/inn, I was very surprised! Room was clean and bathroom was stocked.
There is nothing to like this facility is like staying in a crack head hotel. The staff is rude. Front desk is not willing to help the room was filthy and had roaches. The floor didn’t appear vacuumed. Choice needs to remove their brand name from this hotel!
Edward the supervisor is the best..He makes that hotel, and everyone is so kind. I thank him for choosing such nice staff. I come to this hotel everytime,
