The villa was perfect for us, extremely clean, nice furnishing, loads of unexpected additions like books and games etc and the patio / lanais area was great for watching the various wildlife, we will for sure stay here again next time we visit Florida.

Surrounded by an exotic landscaped garden, the Courtyard Melbourne West features an outdoor pool and a fitness center. All rooms are furnished with a work desk with ergonomic chair.

I liked that it was spacious, clean, and toilets work great. I also loved that I got free breakfast and free parking. They have great hygiene products in the bathroom and even had a make up cleaning wipe in the bathroom. I’m in love with this hotel. It will be my go to from now on when I go visit.

    this was a nice place like 10 to 15 min drive to the beach.

    this was a nice place like 10 to 15 min drive to the beach. apartment was nice they supplied everything. TV was ruku so if you have ruku use some of your accounts. no local stations watched new for Miami to watch weather. but didn't go to watch tv, will gladly stay there again.

    We ate at Popeyes in Pal Bay and NO ONE should ever eat...

    We ate at Popeyes in Pal Bay and NO ONE should ever eat there without total management/ownership change. Chick-fil-a was across the street and great! But we also ate at many other places around Palm Bay (Cuban Island-Indialantic, Olive Garden - Melbourne), and the area is full of other good restaurants. The whole area in and around Palm Bay is really good. On this trip we were visiting relatives so we didn't eat out a lot.

    Description on Booking not accurate.

    Description on Booking not accurate. Of the mere 3 pieces of Gym equipment only 2 were operable. The managers story for the missing part was different than the other supervisor, which meant that someone was NOT telling the truth. In addition, we NEVER received MAID service and were told that we NEEDED to ask for that ???? What? We are requesting that Booking refund partial money for this accommodation.

    My room wasn't ready at checkin. Waited over 1 hr for room! Room rug was wet and caused me to almost slip and fall on flooring...a handicap room. Authorized the total room rate amount plus amenities to my Credit card. Would not allow me to clear my bill the night before. The total hotel stay was not pleasurable

    We loved the central location to our favorite fishing spots, we had great service from our hosts at Holiday inn express in Palm Bay, Fla. Breakfast saved us a bunch of money,which is always a good thing in my mind, and as a bonus it tasted pretty good..We dined at the Coastal Crab Company in Melbourne and Squidlips both great places to dine and have fun...We fished the world famous Sebastian Inlet and scored some trophy Sheepshead and Black Drum, the Snook were running I just couldn't hook up,but they were there in numbers and phenomenal size. Getting around the local area us very easy especially with the GOS available with modern cell phone technology. The Treasure Coast museum and The Kennedy's Space center are close by and thus area offers numerous opportunities for exciting adventurs

    Small home setting. Had stocked kitchen, beds and linens. Nice, clean & cute. Current appliances. Laundry room was great to have. We really needed the chance to relax and could here. Our stay was about 17 days. Could feel the love and care that went into setting up the home. Construction made our trips to & from parents very inconvenient, not owners fault. It would have been only 4 minutes up the road but couldn't access roads due to county construction for the whole stay.

    "The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. Tamia, especially at the reception, was very helpful. Thank you, Tamia. The breakfast was rich and fantastic; I am happy because there were eggs and cheese. Other items were also always packaged. I stayed in five hotels of similar prices during my Florida vacation, and this was the most successful. Thanks to the management.

    Breakfast was rather skimpy. Most hotels have more options. There was some wait for the individual trays, so one got breakfast before the other two in our group. The micro wave was hard to figure out if it had stopped or was it still running after opening the door. These are not complaints, but just for ideas for improving. The food was good and the area was clean.

    It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and much larger than I expected. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I love the location; the location is excellent it's close to nice restaurants and shopping. This hotel would be a bargain at twice the price.
