I did not receive an email for how to collect the information to enter the facility. But I did call and eventually texted to find out how to get into the property. The person texting me back was very helpful but it did take time to figure out how I was going to get in.

The property was clean and close to the convention center which made coming and going an ease.
It is a nice suburb of Providence. It does have it's problems (homeless people on the roadways). There are places to go like breweries FOOLPROFF BREWING is a great place to sample unusual favors and homemade brew. There are a few great restaurants on Hope Street. Mostly there are very nice areas to stroll around in. It's also convenient to Providence, which is a great location to tour around. Definitely use a guidebook or google for information.

Small quiet town not much to do as far as activities.
Small quiet town not much to do as far as activities. There is a small town area with resturants, bars and shops. The best thing is your about 5 minute ride from the capital of Rhode Island yes Providence. The capital city is busting with tasty resturants, lively soho bars, great views, the civic center, the Providence Pace Mall and many more activity's.

Pawtucket is my home city.
Pawtucket is my home city. When we go there, it's to visit family, so in that regard, it's very special to me. As a visitor, Pawtucket and RI are very historic and in the summer, can't beat the beaches!!

Had family emergency didn’t stay, but this hotel still...
Had family emergency didn’t stay, but this hotel still charged me for the hotel stay. This company or their hotel management is so inconsiderate, uncaring and down right cruel. I gave them two days notice before my stay date, but they didn’t Care
I would never recommend anyone to stay there or possible use this company.
This charge cause me to not to be able to stay at a hotel close to the hospital where my little Grandson was at, I had to travel everyday back and forth 2 hour drive and part of the day late at night - soooo uncaring
The room was huge! The upgrades where nice and having a microwave/fridge was a great plus! The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application too. The bed was super comfy and was extremely surprised by the sound proofing as well. The hotel was fully booked but I never heard anyone unless they were right outside my door. It was great, especially since I'm a loud talker and so are my 2 friends. We were worried about a noise complaint because we forget to control our volume but we were all set!
The area is a bit rundown but I felt safe in the hotel. The hotel is near Providence. We had a roomy double queen room. There is an Irish Pub attached to the hotel. You get a good amount of food for a fair price. The free breakfast offered by the hotel was good, definitely better than other hotels. I really like Hampton Inn as a brand for that reason.
The staff at the Hampton Inn Pawtucket were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel breakfast had a nice variety of different foods. More fresh foods would have been a nice addition. The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable.
Very good location right off the highway. The breakfast was very good. I loved Murphy's Law pub attached to the hotel. It made it very convenient to have dinner and a drink after traveling all day in the car!
Surprisingly the hotel was larger than expected and the room accomodations and size of the room exceeded expectations. The cleanliness was to notch and every staff member we met was so kind.
Location, price, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The Murphy's Law Irish Tavern connected to the hotel had very good food and drinks and a fun environment.
Location was great for our needs!!
Four family members, slept, ate and watch TV comfortably( very roomy but better and cheaper than hotel!)
Very clean!
