It is about 5 minutes to Graton Resort and Casino, close to wineries and restaurants. It was clean, quiet, very friendly staff and reasonably priced. It seems to be a smooth transition from being a Cambria Hotel to now under Hilton ownership.

Petaluma is located in a lovely valley with gorgeous country around to enjoy. Good trails, access to nearby Bodega Bay. Lots of great restaurants and shops in Old Town Petaluma. I went for an annual family Halloween Party, so it was a quick stay. Perfect!

Large, funky room. Quiet top floor.
Large, funky room. Quiet top floor. Modern space with sliding barn door to close off washroom if someone still sleeping. Very good hot breakfast.
Staff pleasant and helpful. Recommended The Ugly Goat Bistro downtown. Delicious.
Attractive downtown minutes away y car. Great shops and restaurants.
Pool not heated is my only "could improve" statement.
Will stay again. Thank you for a fun stay.

If you are there, try seafood!
If you are there, try seafood! If you drive 40 minutes to Bodega bay, you must try clam chowder at Spud Point Crab Company and go to the next restaurant, Fisherman’s Cove and try clam chowder, oysters and halibut taco!

The floor and shower were dirty.
The floor and shower were dirty. We did not expect fancy accommodations, only a clean, simple room for an overnight stop, but were disappointed by the sloppiness of the housekeeping. The bedspread also had burn holes in it and should have been replaced.
We booked a room but on arrival noticed they had some pretty cool airstream trailers and requested an upgrade. We liked the hotel and petaluma so much we also booked an additional 2 nights! Great location, with an easy walk into town. Parking was also available. The trailer was great and it was nice to be so self contained. It was a little chilly over one or two nights but the trailer had ample heating and a super comfy bed.
The breakfast was great and included crepes, fruit and cake with tea and coffee.
I fell in love with Hotel Petaluma the moment I came across it. First and foremost, what you see in the photos is what you get in real life. It's a beautiful, architecturally unique, quaint, historic hotel with a lot of character, and it is all captured in the details. The cleanliness of the hotel was superior; the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location is close to pretty much everything around the area.
This hotel is so cute and completely redone . A lot of people mention the mildewy smell but it didn’t bother me it’s expected it’s an old silk mill which is so cool btw ! Very cute room and they’re dog friendly which is awesome and the location was nice and quiet . Only thing I do wish they had was a smart tv to watch some Netflix but it wasn’t a big deal the bed was super comfy and shower was clean .
Spotless and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Unusually good breakfast for hotel. Eggs tasted like eggs. Egg bowls were spiced nicely. Waffles were good. Options with fruit and toast. Coffee and other hot drinks available in lobby all day. Pool was heated and used. Grills available. Private place for groups to gather.
Dining area is big, clean, well lit, comfortable.
Breakfast items are standard fare of eggs, bacon, potatoes, muffin, fruit, beverages etc etc, yet, everything is fresh and plentiful. What should be hot is hot. Hotel staff replenish as needed. No complaints!
See below for comment on the repurposed building.
This is a Paris circa mid 1950's ambiance Hotel.
Sparkling clean in the heard of Petaluma and 10-2 minutes access to the Sonoma and Napa valleys vineyards.
Sonoma Shopping, dining, touring all within walking distance.
Breakfast - simple and delicious. Ditto for coffee (wine available as well)
I loved how vintage looking the hotel is and I enjoyed the cleanliness of it all. I love how pet friendly they are. They even gave me a goodies bag for my puppy! So cute! The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!
Location was great. Not too far from fast food options and some restaurants including Lagunitas Brewing Company. Just off of major roads and highways and a quick trip from downtown Petaluma.
We booked this hotel due to its location during our US road-trip. There were restaurants and shops nearby; the highway was easy to be reached but it was silent during the night.
The breakfast was the best so far on our route from bc to California amongst the rest of the hotels. Beds are very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Easy parking.
This was a good stay. Much better than the S. Santa Rosa stay which was incredibly disappointing. This Petaluma property is well cared for, clean and comfortable.
