The nice safe feeling of this this hotel was amazing. Very clean and much more than we expected for the cost. Staff was extremely helpful, very nice and hotel was very nice and clean. We even saw some beautiful turkeys in the parking lot. The only downfall, was that when we got the receipt we were charged $14 for parking.

The rooms were really nice and roomy. Modern design, clean- we loved having the kitchen. I also liked the modern technology (being able to pick our room, the app with a key, etc.) Everything was nice.

The thing my husband liked the most was the hot shower.
The thing my husband liked the most was the hot shower. We were just traveling through so the rate was appealing. I would avoid staying here. They do not even have microwaves in the rooms. Also due to the smell, cleanliness and roaches!

It Was raining so bad we didn't get to do much to the conference and back to the room.
Ate down town Sacramento..
The price I paid at Hawthorne wasn't worth it.
So dirty.
So afraid to get out of your car at night alone.
The homeless all around.
Talk we front desk staff and told them it was bad. Came with complimentary breakfast but why would I eat the breakfast when the rooms are filthy. If the room is filthy the food is filthy in the kitchen is filthy. And I brought other members of my organization with me they can put in a review as well a bad experience. Told to this manager on the on the day of departure that I deserve a full refund.

I would not stay there again!!!
I would not stay there again!!! Dining room was not open, Elevator broken. The security guard told me that I couldn't park in a particular handicap parking space, my handicapped tag was hanging from my mirror, because that was where he parked. If he was handicapped, he wouldn't be a security guard; he was what is called a Cop-Wanna be. I know one when I see one, I was a LEO for 18 years after retiring from the U S Army with 38 years of service.

A town full of supermarkets and places to eat. Park/green space locally where you can view the American River and feed the ducks. Lots of roads, concrete and trees. The town does have drug users, homeless and beggars. Police are visible.

There is a great fish and chips place just off of Brashaw.
There is a great fish and chips place just off of Brashaw. There is also a great Korean restaurant in the same area, next to the Smile Korean market. The area of Rancho Cordova I visited was accesible from Rt 50 and once you learned what exits to take, the rest was easy. I would've liked to get to Jackson Rancheria but there was no time.
This hotel is a favorite of mine and when in the Rancho Cordova area I always try to book rooms here. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. The rooms always clean and comfortable, and have both refrigerator and microwave as well as coffee maker. The hotel also has a pool. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant adjacent to their parking lot - Brookfield Restaurant. Hotel's prices are reasonable and I honestly believe it should be labelled a 3-star.
Beautiful rooms! Super clean and perfect for a family. My room came with a kitchenette and you can cook. I basically had a 1 bedroom apartment with a pullout bed/couch and a living room with 2 TVs. Hotel service was extremely kind and I love the new technology here. Very pleased with Homewood suites! By far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. And so worth the price, affordable luxury with great amenities.

This was the first hotel that we have stayed at in Sacramento, that we loved. The area was nice and clean. The hotel staff was polite, fast at checking me in, explained all charges. Getting to our room was east and I loved how comfortable the beds were.
the people: friendly and hard working. really puts the lie to the "poisoning the blood of the country" Trumpster BS. i was raised across the river, but had never learned that Rancho Cordova had become an Armenian enclave.
The staff was the best part of the entire stay. The friendliest people i’ve ever met at a hotel. They were super helpful and accommodating. It was in a very good area with lots of food and things to do around it.
it was very clean , breakfast was decent for free, the price was excellent for as nice as this hotel is,kitchenette was super nice fully stocked , towels were large , soft & white. Free parking is awesome!
Nada !!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET AND THE HOTEL IS IN A GOOD AREA. BUT THERE ARE PURELY DRUGGED PEOPLE HOSTED I EVEN SAW THREE PATROLS ENTER IN LESS THAN 20 minutes I was there
Very clean spacious room! Used as a stopover hotel on our road trip so just wanted to relax and do some local shopping. Comfy bed! Spacious breakfast area offering a lot of options!
The price was OK. But then came the fees. $10 for parking, $14 for WiFi, and no free breakfast. The Hyatt across the street offers all of those as a part of the hotel price.
The Hotel room was clean and bathroom was good, breakfast was served on time, just one person working but did her best to keep food and supplies filled.
