It was ok but the room next to me had a couple dogs and they would not stop barking which had the whole floor unhappy

Staff was nice and very accommodating. Allowed me to have a late check out due to my flight being late. I liked the nice sized fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was great and nice variety. Would recommend and would stay again.

The rooms were extremely sound proof as I could not hear anyone being loud inside my room at all even though I past by their door earlier and they were listening to loud music or having a loud conversation. The staff were not rude. It was situated near some good food locations and places to shop.

stayed here and was surprised how 'bustling' the area is.
stayed here and was surprised how 'bustling' the area is. Had really good restaurants and very easy to get around. This motel was great for this particular trip. The staff were helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. We ate at the Asian place (Bao's) and the BBQ place (Witt). Relaxing get away, not too far - we traveled from Houston. Went to the semi-annual town-wide 'garage sales' for the first time - recommended by a friend for something different to do.

It is a really poor area and many of the businesses are closing down due to a lack of business. They are rebuilding some places but the Garmin GPS took me to many places including a Kroger and a Walmart that had been closed down. There are plenty of fast food places to eat, but there is a lot of construction that often makes it difficult to get around the area and causes significant traffic delays.

I did not stay because I went to 3 different rooms and none of the deadbolts worked and the top lock was completely broken off. Looked like a pay by the hour hotel and did not feel safe. Got my money refunded and went elsewhere.
This place was just about brand new! It still smelled new. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean. Amenities were typical of good hotels: pool, gym, hot tub was a plus (although the jets didn't work yet), and of course continental breakfast. In room: Comfy bed, badass air conditioning, awesome clean shower, comfy lounge chair (for reading), TV mount is awesome (I could plug in my fire stick with no problems), plenty of plugs and USB connections for power. Staff was truly great! Coffee was good, too! All for a good price.
The elevation was not working… we were on the 2nd floor. We had a lot of bags and a cooler as we were travelling from Canada to Texas.
The hall carpets were dirty.. there was renovation underway with all the dust and dirt. The price was good, it was representative of the condition of hotel.
Did not enjoy our stay, could not wait to get out.
You get what you can expect from a motel. Decent price for a night to stay. Bring your own food and don't expect a hotel & you'll be fine. You can shower and sleep and sit around. It was quiet enough. It wasn't the worst nor the best, I'd say about average. I'd stay here again.
We were in Rosenberg to attend a wake and funeral. The room was comfy and welcoming as the weather was not. I realized I left my pillow when I returned home. Fontaine did everything to get my favorite pillow returned. I appreciate him for his perseverance and assistance.
Budget friendly hotel. Rooms included a refrigerator and microwave. Furniture was basic and bed was comfortable. Free parking and internet. Good food options near by. 10 minutes to Sugar Land.
