Bad bad experience the beds are horrible and we has three rooms and we had a total of 9 kids with us and kept getting complaints bc the kids were to loud …. Then u should have put us on the bottom floor they were asleep by 9! Every night and when the complaints where happening was during the day so people not understand kids will be kids….. the phone in the room was falling apart … the breakfast was ok .. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

We had a wonderful stay and are already planning when we can return. Everything was just as pictured and new, fresh and clean and luxurious. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had- and we loved the bottle of wine and chocolates! Jacksonville is a small town and very charming! We loved the downtown, the food and sitting on the dock at the lake! We are so glad we stayed here!
