Breakfast was a grab and go, expected more. Just oatmeal, granola bar, muffin and coffee. I was expecting more.
Front desk under staff, had to wait 10-15min to check in. Took about 30 min to check out, no one at front desk.

The hotel is located perfectly for me between my son's home and his wife's parent's home, near the 680, 580 and Crow Canyon Road. It is surrounded by restaurants, shopping and very near a Costco and aCostco gas station. It is not luxury but highly functional, well designed, and for staff very easy to keep clean (no rugs). Small swimming pool. Kitchenette. Great heater. Exceptional bathroom for disabled. Minimalist breakfast but coffee pretty good. Single staff member seen (front desk) but very responsive to requests.

Let's see my only favorite spot was going to target there was not any other spot for me to enjoy, ad for eating food well the way i could get food was order food through Door dash and yes they do Deliver to your room, i had to do this because the restaurant down stars menu was to limited i did not see anything i like, my only advise just order door dash of your favorite restaurants and make sure to give them the address and your floor your on and your room number.

Super friendly front desk staff. Stayed there after a dance competition with a group of moms and 10 yo girls. The front desk staff was able to place all 6 of our rooms together. Even though this is typically a business hotel everyone was super accommodating to our group. The pool area was really nice ... and the pool was heated!!! The location is nice with city center within walking distance . The mature landscape as your view is also nice.
The staff is wonderful!! The hotel is very nice, well maintained and nicely located. We love that the breakfast is included in our stay. With a family of four, it is a huge perk! We do really miss the fresh eggs/omelettes that staff used to make as part of the breakfast offerings. It’s been gone for a few years now and it’s just not the same without it. Hoping it comes back!!
I liked the proximity to San Ramon business offices where I had meetings. The full-size refrigerator with freezer with an improvement over typical hotel rooms with only a mini fridge. There were outlets next to each bed for easy phone and computer charging. I enjoyed seeing pets go in and out. Staff was friendly and able to accommodate my request to check out 1 day early.
My family booked two rooms at the hotel. They were connected, allowing us to stay in touch all the time. The staff was always very attentive and friendly. The location was convenient for our points of interest. I had the opportunity to use the gym, which, although small, had the necessary equipment. We tried the breakfast, and what we ordered was well-prepared.
My wife and I stayed for 6 nights, and we were totally impressed with the exceptional service provided by the various hotel front desk managers, Matt, Ken and Allison. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was as near to home as possible under the circumstances, and the room was adequately equipped in order to make our stay a pleasant one.
The room was perfect and the facilities were top notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t think we could picked a better location being near the Marketplace and the Center City Mall. We will definitely come back to San Ramon and we will definitely stay at this Residence Inn 🏨!!
