The room had a stunning view of the mountains via the balcony. The complimentary hot breakfast was provided by Porter's, which is the restaurant connected to the business's giftshop & bakery. On our check-out day, we were able to leave our car in the parking lot while we explore the park.

Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion?
Planning an overnight trip from Las Vegas to Zion? Look no further than Springdale. This town is not like any other overpriced & underwhelming tourist place, simply because it's outside of a National Park. Springdale has affordable hotels with pools & hot tubs to relax after a day outdoors, plenty of different restaurants and cuisines for foodies, and it's a very family-friendly town. Next up, getting around Springdale is easy. You can get to the Zion National Park's visitor center with the city's free buses during the day, but note that they are not 24 hours. If you have a car, you can get to the Canyon Overlook trailhead (through the tunnels) in ~20 minutes - it really is the practical location. Oh one more thing, if you're crossing the street, make sure to grab a red crossing flag to increase your visibility (especially at night).

Springdale is well located for visitors to either Zion National Park (closest) or Byrce National Park as well as numerous state parks and recreational areas. The one thing I felt that was lacking was more food options. It seemed that most eating options were on the high end pricewise.

Very nice town has a decent variety of restaurants although the prices were a bit on the higher end but I guess that’s to be expected in a tourist area. The restaurants we ate at were very good and staf was friendly.

Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold.
Springdale is great but I feel Zion is a bit over sold. There are two iconic walks which are both strenuous but 3 other intermediate walks have been closed for some time. We had three nights at Springdale but as we were not up to these two big hikes Zion Canyon itself only provided us one days activities. If you find yourself in the same situation take a look at driving to Kolob Reservoir and do some of the walks along the way.

Flanigans had upscale linens and toiletries, the most comfortable bed, robes to wear, very convenient to great restaurants and a free shuttle that takes you into park and then back out to town. I had the best massage treatment after days of hiking. House keeping and front desk service was extremely efficient. A very zen and relaxing atmosphere. The town is beautiful and has a lot of good restaurants. Very busy during the day and quiet at night.
Spacious room with big windows, private patio, excellent view of surrounding mountain landscape. Close to Springdale bus, providing easy access into Zion National Park (no need to worry about parking a car!). Excellent dinner at on-site restaurant. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect for soaking after long day of hiking. Refrigerator & microwave in room were helpful for prepping other meals. Pretty park-like setting, close to river. Friendly staff willing to help with any concerns.
It is a clean hotel with a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and hot tub was nice. The location is good close to restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to Zion National Park. Loved our breakfast at Oscars. We also ate our dinner there. Zion N.P. Is beautiful we drove through it the day before the rain came. We also went to Bryce N.P. from Springdale. That was also beautiful.
Location is great! Walking distance to the Zion Visitor Center and businesses/restaurants in Springdale. We walked across the street to Zion Adventures to rent dry suits to hike the Narrows in March. Having a kitchenette space in the room was nice, but it doesn't come with any plates, silverware, or cooking items. It was a great resting stop after long days hiking.
The pool area was lovely. Gorgeous setting, clean, & the hot tub glorious!
The breakfast was also great, not much choice, but was absolutely fine, and the staff at breakfast were so friendly.
Parking right outside the hotel, and just outside our room actually, was very convenient.
Springdale shuttle bus stop number 6 almost right outside the hotel which was great!
Breakfast was simple. At a Quality inn near Bryce Canyon we had a very good hot breakfast. Lodging was $136 per night with tax included. Zion was $736 tax included for 2 nights. The price wasn’t justified although it was competitive for Zion/Springdale.
Clean and close to Zion. Free breakfast was great in the morning with a variety of items on the 2 days that we stayed. Springdale shuttle stop was right in front of hotel. The staff that we encountered were all very nice and helpful.
Great location near Zion. Quiet, comfortable beds, nice garden outside our window. Nice cold pool warm hot tub. We would recommend it to anyone. Very close to entrance to Zion park. Good to leave your car there to visit the park.
Great location in Springdale. Loved the access to the pool at the partner hotel. Great view of the surrounding mountains from the parking lot and back of the complex. Enjoyed the small patio. Lots of space in the condo.
Location was perfect. Springdale is a beautiful town at the foot of Zion national park. Breakfast was quick and easy, helped start the day off right. Rooms were very comfortable, had a very peaceful night's rest.
Great rooms, clean and fresh. Nice location and outlook over the town and mountains. Close to nearby shops and food options in springdale. Good shower pressure, flow and heat. Comfy beds, quiet area.
Ideal location for Springdale & Zion NP shuttles. Left car at hotel to see all the sights. An easy walk to/from various dinner options and shopping. Hearty breakfast included in rate.
This was THE perfect Stay for our Zion Getaway. Location was awesome, the hotel itself fantastic and the breakfast.... THE BEST! I really loved this gem and just want to come back!
Nice and clean suite, breakfast was very complete. The host at the breakfast room was super friendly. Location of the hotel is perfect, and is in front of the Springdale busline.
The location was good, centrally located in Springdale, close to many amenities, which was also good because the hotel had none. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
Beautiful view - though our room did not have a view, this hotel has public balconies and decks that we sat out on often. Friendly staff and afternoon cookies were nice.
Close to Zion and has a Springdale shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. Easy to park. Two bed room suite was fairly good in size. Has all the basic amenities.
