Breakfast was awful. No idea what eggs were made of. Sausage looked like sliced hot dogs. Al bread choice were dry/stale and yogurts no choice, just sugar Dannon! For a Hilton property you should be ashamed.

The bed was super comfortable even though it was a queen in the king room that we had selected for the trip. The shower pressure was amazing.

Ally is the best! Wonderful hospitality, amazing food and always a great time! It’s like my home away from home.
ZANESVILLE WAS NICE AND SPREAD OUT. IT HAD A REALLY NEAT DOWNTOWN AREA (I ONLY KNOW BECAUSE I GOT LOST LOL). THE DRIVE BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND OUR VENUE WAS HORRID FOR THE FIRST 10 MILES DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF ROAD WORK..I HOPE THAT IS DONE BY NEXT YEAR.

Places like this establishment should not be allowed to...
Places like this establishment should not be allowed to operate. A room should not smell musty and have visible signs of mold on trim. The room had been serviced - the bed looked like it had clean linens; however, the amount of dust and small particles along all walls is evident that it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Guest (our employee) did not feel he could stay there, so we had to book a different hotel for him.

From the Erie Canal days to world famous bronze sculptures...
From the Erie Canal days to world famous bronze sculptures connected ya bridge shaped like a Y in the middle of a river. Good place to stop. As part of the "rust Belt," Zanesville suffers from the plight of most urban areas, looks a little worn. Still the 2 day stay was great, enlightening and fun.

Zanesville had everything anyone could want.
Zanesville had everything anyone could want. Interesting shops and the big box stores. It has small mom and pop restaurants ( Tom's Ice Cream) and large food chains. Beautiful countryside and fun farmers market with charming vendors. The best of all a 10,000 acer unique open air zoo ( The Wild). Zanesville was an interesting find a place I will return.
The early morning breakfast was great! They have a very nice variety of foods, including biscuits & sausage gravy, fruits, bagels, toast, and hot or cold cereals. But I had a fresh, crispy, hot, home-made Belgian waffle with maple syrup, a peach yogurt, and orange juice.
Our hotel room was newly remodeled, very clean and comfortable. And the long, hot shower was very relaxing after our travels.
Thank you for the fast check-in service, too.
Coffee was good, did not eat any breakfast-Although it was complimentary and available. Our room was right near an exit which was a HUGE bonus for us! Room came with a fridge which worked great. Room was adequately clean. Was able to bring my dog which was the deciding factor in selecting this specific hotel!
In comparison with many other Hampton Inns we have visited the Zanesville offerings were standard rather than great. We had good days (sausages, oatmeal) and bad (hash browns are usually terrible anywhere, apples in clingwrap are an abomination -- and tasteless).
This was an exceptional, clean and quiet place to stay. The set up was perfect. The property owner was extremely professional and easy to talk to. if I have the opportunity to visit Zanesville Ohio again I will definitely be booking this property.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. Some parts were outdated or worn, but the carpets, the linens, the bathrooms, etc., were all spotless. There was no odor, at all, which is a huge plus! I also liked that it was not an external entrance.
I LOVED the staff here! They were beyond amazing and really made my daughter's birthday special. I could never repay their kindness and will ALWAYS choose here if I ever need a hotel in the area again!
Location was quite far from Zanesville, but easy to reach by car. Breakfast was OK, a lot of different choices. We were happy seeing fresh fruit, bananas.
