The staff were excellent, from check-in to leaving they were both helpful and informative. Breakfast - this was by far the best breakfast I have had in South America, and the bread/toast was great. It is a large breakfast so I did skip lunch. The shower was good, bed as comfortable I understand that some people have complained about noise, we had a pool side room and had no issues at all.
