Featuring a garden, Refugio del Jaguar is located in Medellín in the Antioquia region, a few steps from El Poblado Park and a 7-minute walk from Lleras Park. We loved everything, location and facilities are top. One of the most authentic hotels we have been to.

Ideally located in Cartagena de Indias, Hotel Casona del Porvenir has air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. I have travelled all over the world using Booking.com, including many boutique-type hotels. It is rare that a hotel exceeds my expectations in every respect. This one did. This hotel is a relatively new, well-situated hotel in the heart of the old town, Cartagena. We asked for a quiet room, and received one. The only disadvantage with the room was that windows did not look out on anything and that they were sealed, but the room was relatively quiet in a very noisy city. To have a balcony room with openable windows means a lot of noise at night in Cartagena. We preferred to sleep! The room we had was equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, lots of room and a very good bathroom, complete with a large shower and a Japanese toilet (which is relatively rare in my experience). We initially had some difficulty with the TV, but staff rectified the problem quickly. The AC worked well and the room is equipped with a ceiling fan if one prefers to use it- we used both. The design of the hotel, including the finishes, demonstrates a well-thought out, professional team was involved. I was particularly impressed by the overall design of the common areas of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The pool on level 4 is small but adequate for cooling down in a hot city. The hotel offers massage services. The companion hotel (Hotel Boutique Casona del Colegio) is available for meals and has a larger pool; it is located only 150 metres away, which is very convenient. For the cost, this hotel is a very good choice, allowing one to walk all over the old town and neighboring areas. Assuming that the hotel maintains its service standards and keeps its facilities in good condition, this is a hotel that I recommend without reservation.

Located in El Zaino, 1.6 miles from Castilletes Beach, Senda Watapuy provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This place is just gorgeous... it's surrounded by nature and therefore you see so many beautiful birds everywhere. Our bungalow was spotlessly clean and so cozy. The restaurant was also great, they serve quality food there! I highly recommend it!

Featuring a terrace, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, 4 Sur Hotel is located in Medellín, 1.8 miles from El Poblado Park and 1.9 miles from Lleras Park. The room was very comfortable and the food was very nice too. Staff are extremely welcoming they will help with everything you need.

Los Patios Cool Living has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Medellín. One of the best hotel I have ever been. I liked everything. The restaurant is amazing the the prices are good.

Located in Villa de Leyva, a 9-minute walk from Villa de Leyva Main Square, Hotel Cemandy by MA provides accommodations with a shared lounge, free private parking and a bar. We loved this hotel, an older traditional style hotel very well decorated and everything was functional. The staff were excellent always very friendly and helpful. The lady on the frount desk along with the younger girl were extremely professional and kept everything in the hotel running beautifully. The breakfast was excellent, they made the best huevos peiricos I've come across on my trip in Colombia 😋 A great location only minutes walk to the bus terminal and town centre. Lovely common areas where u could sit and relax in the hotel, WiFi worked well and shower had good pressure 👍 would definitely stay again.

Facing the beachfront, Sofitel Barú Calablanca offers 5-star accommodations in Cartagena de Indias and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center and terrace. I have spent a wonderful 4-day stay at Sofitel Calablanca and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, always willing to assist with a smile. The premises are beautifully maintained, and my room offered a breathtaking view of the pools and a pristine beach. My mornings were made special with early strolls along the beach, followed by delicious breakfasts at Cala Blanca restaurant. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to William and Juan for their impeccable service; they truly made me feel welcomed and at home. A special mention must go to Yuris Torreglosa from housekeeping, who ensured our lodging was neat and comfortable every day, she is no doubt a great asset for Sofitel. The thoughtful touch of red fruits tea each day was a delightful treat that added to the overall excellence of my stay. I leave Sofitel Calablanca with nothing but gratitude for their wonderful work. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made my journey a truly memorable one. Thank you to all the staff, and I look forward to my next visit.
