Facing the beachfront, Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus offers 5-star accommodations in Coraya Bay and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private... We have been 3 times to this beautiful resort (the second time this year) and have already booked for the 4th time in June, always choosing a swim-up room. It is the best in Marsa Alam and the standard of service, rooms, food and cleanliness is beyond 5 stars. All the staff are genuinely friendly and perfectly trained to make every guest feel special, the Front Office and Reception are always ready to meet any request promptly. The resort is extremely relaxing and offers a variety of activities. Although it was only a 5 day escape, we returned yesterday night to Italy very happy with this short stay. I highly recommend it.

Location allows for easy access to city centre & main attractions. Would highly recommend & return to Steigenberger Hotel/El Tahrir on future visits to Cairo.

Located in Cairo, a 10-minute walk from Great Sphinx, Pyramids Gate Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The room size was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very cordial and prompt with services. The breakfast at the rooftop was good. It was not a buffet spread but it met all the basic requirements pretty much. The view of Pyramids while having breakfast made it extra special for us. We also went up after dinner and were treated with complimentary hibiscus tea and musk melons :) Also, the hotel organised pick up and drop from the airport for us which was all very well coordinated.

Communication with the staff was smooth, and they were incredibly friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mrs. Heba, the reservations manager, who helped us quickly and efficiently with everything we needed. The breakfast was superb—delicious with a wide variety of options. We also had the pleasure of attending a beautiful and joyful Egyptian wedding, which made our stay even more memorable. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment and will definitely return!

Ambience was outstanding especially the beach side. Staff very courteous and smiling. Especially Ahmed Khalaf at reception, Ahmad club car driver , Mustafa at beach grill were really cooperative and welcoming. We will definitely stay again

Everything is perfect in this hotel, from staff, amenities, rooms, food, you name it—all are 5 stars rated. Staff are very friendly, from reception to butlers. Receptionists Kero, Madonna, Mahmoud, and Jailan. Moustafa from the staff is also very helpful. I can't say more than it was a very stunning experience.
