The Entertainment team - wow Elena, Francisco, Remy and Tiger. What a great crewe and so lovely. Mahmoud the sandwich maker at breakfast was a gem, such a lovely guy and amazing toasted sandwiches. Yanya was a great waiter, always had a smile on his face. Thank you! The buildings are beautiful and stylish. The snorkeling in the bay is stunning.

The hotel's location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the city tour arranged by the hotel, complete with a personalized guide, Hazem, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional.
