Compared to other hotels this one stands out extremely! Super clean, comfortable, and there is free laundry and you can get anything from the restaurant right near your room. Especially Badr was very nice!

The hotel is located in very good location next to the Pyramids. The views are very nice. All stuff is very friendly and helpful and make you to feel comfortable. Breakfast is very rich and tasty. If I should come back, definitely to this hotel. Big Thanks!

Facing the beachfront, Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus offers 5-star accommodations in Coraya Bay and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private... The architecture was impressive and the swimming pools were wonderful. It was very quite and very clean. Everything was very well organized.

Among Cairo hotels, Steigenberger El Tahrir secures a spectacular location in El Tahrir Square, overlooking the Egyptian museum, minutes away from Khan El Khalili Bazar, and in close proximity to... Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and excellent location. We had a minor issue with a floor lamp which was dealt with super quickly, but that was not enough: We were offered an upgrade as well. Not necessary, but of course appreciated. The new room was closer to the street however, and we had issues sleeping as traffic in Cairo is... Well, louder than what we are used to. I asked if it was at all possible to move us again (and would have been perfectly fine with returning to the room we previously had, upgrade or not!) - and not only was my request granted, but we actually received yet another upgrade, to a suite in a quiet area. And as if this was not enough, we even had a very kind surprise waiting for us in the room (beautiful rose petals on the bed and in a bubble bath, it was our honeymoon). Amazing service, absolutely above and beyond expectations. A big thank you to the Assistant Front Office Manager, Mr. Mahmoud Hamza, who was incredibly kind, thoughtful and accommodating. The whole staff also deserve a compliment. I would absolutely recommend the Steigenberger El Tahrir if you're considering a visit to central Cairo - and I will return to the brand when I visit a location where they are present.

I have stayed at other St. Regis hotels and so, I had high expectations. The Cairo hotel is superb. The quality of the bedding, the linens are the finest I have experienced as a seasoned traveller and someone well-versed in the business of linens. This is truly special as Egyptian cotton is the finest in the world, and it is nice the hotel put a focus on it. The breakfast is fantastic in the range and quality of offerings, the impeccable service provided by the staff, and, importantly the early and late hours it is open. I had room service which was top of the line in its selections and service. The facility, and rooms are gorgeous. No detail overlooked. The staff is polished, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to serve. Outstanding hotel in every respect.

Located in Cairo, a 10-minute walk from Great Sphinx, Pyramids Gate Hotel provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Beautiful hotel in Giza with a wonderful view. We enjoyed so much to have a breakfast with that view. We had dinner there and they have a lot of choices, vegetarian food as well so we were really happy. Room was clean and had everything we need. Ac was working properly and it was a little bit cold the first night in Giza so they offered us a heater. The location is perfect, 5 min away from pyramids. Abdul and all the staff from the hotel are really kind, we were surprise with such hospitality and we have the best experience ever. We did classic tour of Cairo and full day tour of Giza pyramids, our tour guide was Doaa we are extremely happy with what we learnt and with the way the day was organized for us. We book driver from and to the airport which was really nice and always punctual. We highly recommend this hotel.
