We stayed at Pearl Sunset Resort in Gili Trawangan from March 14 to 18, 2024, for our honeymoon, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The resort’s facilities are excellent, and its location is unbeatable—far enough from the party side of the island to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it ideal for couples or anyone looking for tranquility. The resort is beautifully maintained, and in our opinion, it’s easily in the top 3 resorts on the island. One of the highlights was the staff—every single person we encountered was always smiling and eager to help. A huge thank you to Tawan and Wayan, who greeted us warmly every morning, and to Endar, the Hotel Manager, who consistently checked in to ensure our stay met our expectations. The resort offers two swimming pools—one exclusively for hotel guests and another public one, which we found to be a great feature. We also tried the SPA, and the experience was so incredible that we went back for a second treatment the next day! Regarding dining, while the presentation of the food might not be the most impressive, the taste certainly makes up for it—everything we tried was delicious. We also had a couple of funny moments, like when another guest accidentally took our electric scooter, thinking it was theirs. The security and reception team acted quickly to help us recover it. Additionally, when my wife needed a sewing kit for her swimsuit, the reception team promptly contacted housekeeping, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we can’t thank the entire team at Pearl Sunset Resort enough for making our stay so special. If we ever return to Gili Trawangan, this will undoubtedly be our first choice! Ideally located in Ubud, Gynandha Ubud Cottage has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. It was located at the main roads so it was quite near to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The staffs were extermely friendly and helpful. Would definately come back here again next time when I come to Ubud.

Truly a gorgeous facility nestled in a tight valley with stunning waterfall and river. The water noise through the night was wonderful.

Located a 18-minute walk from Berawa Beach, Amandaya Canggu offers 4-star accommodations in Canggu and has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. A great place to stay! Will definitely come back for next time!

Located in Uluwatu, 3.7 miles from Uluwatu Temple, ONAYA Bali Resort - Adults Only has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Really fantastic place. The perfect mix of wild jungle accomodation with enough luxury to not feel like you are roughing it. Cheap scooter hire, friendly staff and lovely clean rooms with a fantastic pool.

Le Pirate Gili Meno - Adults Only has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Gili Meno. Had such a great stay! Hasan, Rudi & Daya were particularly helpful and fun to chat with throughout my stay. Loved how quiet and relaxed the environment was and that you could eat all your meals at the restaurant. Perfect for a quiet beach getaway.
