The customer service was flawless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Everything—from the check-in process to the smallest personal touches—was handled with care and grace. The location is unbeatable, with views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea just steps away. My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.

Located in Jaipur, Jaipur Haveli is a 8-minute walk from Hawa Mahal – Palace of Winds and has facilities like shared lounge, terrace and restaurant. The place is very special. A beautiful old and well maintained family estate. The owner and staff are kind, generous, human full of desire to please and help. Thinking about the little details, and they also serve a wonderful breakfast! A real adventure. Highly recommended

It is very clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Good location. I'm very picky about rooms and this one was one of the best I stayed in. Very big room and light. Would definitely recommend it.

Recently i had a stay in Fabhotel BTM Palace it was a wonderful stay rooms were very hygenic and clean they maintain a proper standard of cleaning and staffs were very friendly and helpful which i liked the most must recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay

Pearl Palace Heritage - The Boutique guest house offers heritage style accommodations in Jaipur. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. I loved this place! Decor is beautiful. Excellent bathroom, with great shower pressure and hot water. Loved that the windows had screens so that I could let in the fresh air and not have to rely on AC. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the option of having it brought to my room. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The Peacock Restaurant at the sister hotel a short walk away had delicious food and great ambience. Overall excellent value for money (for both the restaurant and hotel).
