Hi Trident hotel team, I accidentally last my mobile on an Uber during my trip in Hyderabad, which is actually not related to the hotel, but the incredible help and warm support is so amazing, I’m so happy to sure my story to prove the team is the best. I must mention Mohit, Vinod and the security team, they check with me one by one of all the solutions I can access, take me to the police station, help me logically claim to the police officer, and done everything we can do in few hours. All this helpful advise and efficient reaction create my Diwali miracle, I really get my phone back in the next day! The most priceless things I gain of this trip is not about the jewelry I bought or I found my phone back, is the amazing people here. I’ll definitely back to this city and Trident hotel as I know I can always feel at ease here. Words could not express how much I appreciate for the help I gain here, thanks you so much. Offering two rooftop heated swimming pools separate for adults and families, two restaurants and a spa and wellness center, The Panoramic Getaway is located in scenic hill station of Munnar. I loved this hotel. The staff was so helpful, helped to figure out how to get around munnar, nothing was a problem, made a dish according to my wishes... the spa was.wonderful, beautiful views, good gym

The suite itself was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and uniquely special. I was seeking a hotel that reflected Indian culture and style, and this was the perfect choice. The food was outstanding, which was especially important to me since I have a very sensitive stomach and follow a gluten- and lactose-free diet due to celiac disease. The restaurant provided delicious, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that met all my dietary requirements, and I didn’t face any difficulties.
