Very helpfull staff, especially consierge Silvia, which helped us with baggage delayed from Istambul airport. Best regards

The staff were courteous and the service we received were impressive and excellent from arrival, during our stay until our departure.

Nestled within 15 acres of tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore offers a hideaway just 7-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. Excellent family holiday. Comfortable with superb facilities for the children with splashes and Buds playground. The pool is blissful and the gym facilities offer a treat to those that want to exercise during the holiday.

Located in Singapore within a 6-minute walk of Singapore City Gallery and 0.9 miles of Statue of Sir Stamford Raffles, Heritage Collection on Pagoda - Mobile App Check-In provides rooms with free... I really appreciated this accommodation’s prime location (very close to Chinatown MRT (subway) station, also easy walk to Maxwell MRT station, and that I had my own toilet and shower, as well as a window. In Singapore, you would normally have to sacrifice a window or private toilet/shower for this price range and location. The room was clean and equipped with a basic kitchenette and a microwave and a kettle. If you’re staying longer than a couple of nights these will come in handy. The bed is comfortable and located on a mezzanine floor - it helps to keep noise from the window (or other rooms). Good shower pressure and I was able to control the water temperature well. Check in was self service via a dedicated app, and this did not quite work for me - I could not get a digital key to the room. But I was supplied with immediate assistance via WhatsApp by Yani and I was able to get a physical room key. Maica also made sure that the key card was valid for the duration of my stay. Although there is no manned reception on the site, luggage storage is possible and the team (Yani, Maica and Mary) looks after guests well. I would definitely look to book again.

Located in Katong, just minutes away from East Coast Parkway beach, Hotel Indigo features designs inspired by the culture and customs of the Joo Chiat Heritage Area. Attendant Ray was very helpful and above and beyond customer service! Kudos

Fairmont offers accommodations in Singapore’s Bras Basah arts hub, atop City Hall MRT Station and Esplanade MRT Station.Directly connected to Raffles City Shopping Center, it features 12 dining... Our room was superb; the view across to the Marina Bay Sands was incredible. It was big and very comfortable with both a bath as well as a first rate shower. We stayed in a Club Room and the Club Lounge was excellent; great food and drink selection, excellent views but most of all, unrivalled service. We would breakfast in the main dining room as the choices were greater, but the quality of the food was first rate.
