The staff members at Ambra Cortina were very helpful to us. We arrived very tired after a long day of overseas travel. We were greeted graciously, offered water and help. The next day, the staff member worked to help us locate our misplaced baggage and agreed to receive it at the hotel, if needed. We are very grateful! Breakfast was excellent!

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Cortina. Each floor is dedicated to different aspects of fashion and luxury, meaning each room is "crafted" differently. This is well thought through by someone for whom hotelier is an art form. It was all very tastefully done and nicely arty. Breakfast is excellent as indeed are the staff. There's even parking as part of the service. Highly recommended.

This hotel offers a little slice of luxury in the heart of Cortina. The staff go beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and are so friendly and helpful (probably the best staff we encountered on our 6 week trip). The rooms are beautifully presented and so well designed. Super comfy beds made for a lovely stay. We also booked the spa area and thoroughly enjoyed an hour of sauna, ice showers and a spa overlooking the alps. Just fabulous!

Spacious rooms (with plenty of storage). Beautifully designed (with attention to detail). gorgeous spa (which we used every day). Delicious breakfast (with a rotating special and locally sourced produce). Great location (15mins canter into town on path). And equally important, highly attentive staff (especially Nicola in the restaurant). We will be back.

What this hotel gets right is its staff. The kind and thoughtful service is exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. Also the spa tub doesn’t get enough show in the photos and website - it’s epic. This hotel is over the top gorgeous - the rooms, restaurant, bar, spa, lounge... it’s a beautifully designed place. If you are looking for a small village vibe, this is not the spot for you, but if you are looking for a place right near the town square, this place is perfect.
