The city was clean and welcoming with a good choice of restaurants and easy to walk around town. The waterfront was abuzz with visitors and locals alike. The Nausicaa oceanarium is the reason why we stopped at the city during our road trip, and it is totally worth it. What a lovely place to visit.
What a lovely place to visit. Very hearty food, not too expensive and lovely people. Make sure you have enough French to get by or just use translator on your phone when asking for the trickier things. Driving was easy. The seafront was nice and has a beach and a few restaurants - we didn't stay nearby, instead we stayed further up near the old town. We much preferred the atmosphere here.
