“Renee, the Front Office Mgr, helped me out of a dreadful bind. She got me into a beautiful suite, even called-up to the suite to check that all was satisfactory. Other staff like Nita were also very helpful. The bedding was beautiful and spotless and that was my problem from somewhere else that I booked, just disgusting, no way would I stay there. Also, this Hotel was only a few blocks from busy Lakeshore Dr., so close to the beach, yet far enough away to be nice and quite at night. Also walkable or short drive to D.T. and Front Street Boutique shopping area.”

“We had the most wonderful stay at the Best Western Inn, Penticton. What beautiful people work there ... so friendly, kind and super-helpful!! We stayed 7 nights and it was really sad to leave! The Best Western Inn provide a complimentary, elaborate daily breakfast, which includes EVERYTHING you could possibly want (even pancakes, maple syrup and cream!). This was a plus, considering we skied everyday, so we appreciated a good breakfast! The room we stayed in was huge and had everything we needed - fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery coffee machine etc. They also have a huge, heated indoor pool and spa pool on site, and also a huge outdoor pool too. Our room was super-clean, serviced daily and nothing was ever a problem for staff! The entire staff were so friendly and kind .... we are definitely coming back to ski at Apex, so will be back!!!!!! Thank you guys for caring for us!!!!!!”
