Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Ortakoy Bosphorus is located in Ortakoy Istanbul, in the hearth of the Bosphorus coastline. I went for short holiday with my 17 year old son. We both loved it. The hotel was well located, the room was kept clean during our stay and the view of the bosphorus was amazing. Everything was excellent! Especially the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Gorkem so much for looking after us during our stay, sorting the taxis out, luggages and everything else. Also we had wonderful receptionists who were always willing to help and sort things out for us too. Thank you to Emrecan and Dogukan. And thanks to Fatma who always made sure our room was kept clean and asked if we needed anything. All so friendly and kind.

The rooms are very nicely decorated. We stayed in a standard room which had a decent size (for European standards) a nice shower and a comfortable bed. The staff is really amazing, especially Arzu who went above and beyond to help with everything and make our stay perfect
