This recently renovated apartment features a building dating back to 2022, which is 25 km from the Burghley House. My step dad and I travelled up to the area as I had a competition with my horse at Arena UK. Emma and Rob were great hosts from start to finish….very accommodating and left us a little welcome hamper. The coop is perfect and set in such a beautiful quiet location. We also had breakfast from that had been sourced locally which was superb….the fresh farm eggs especially! Cannot recommend this place enough…we will definitely be back and probably will bring the dog next time. We saw deer and hares along the drive too….beautiful! :)

We had a great stay at Belton Woods meeting with friends as it was a mid-way point. The hotel is gorgeous & the pool was great, especially for kids (you just need to know the hours), we had a lovely meal, Indie was so accomodating as we had 4 children under 5 & provided such good service. Everyone loved it, great family rooms.

This was a nice property let down by a myriad of faults. The playroom and lounge were huge. The kids loved the trampoline in the garden.

Superb hotel for families. Room clean but needed fresh air. The breakfast is good, however I would like more of a choice of eggs, ie scrambled or poached in addition to fried and perhaps sliced cheese and ham. Very nice choice of fresh fruit. A small fridge in the room is helpful when you are travelling with children. Overall very satisfied. We return here twice a year.
