My step dad and I travelled up to the area as I had a competition with my horse at Arena UK. Emma and Rob were great hosts from start to finish….very accommodating and left us a little welcome hamper. The coop is perfect and set in such a beautiful quiet location. We also had breakfast from that had been sourced locally which was superb….the fresh farm eggs especially! Cannot recommend this place enough…we will definitely be back and probably will bring the dog next time. We saw deer and hares along the drive too….beautiful! :)

Property is set on land with another house next door. Lots of parking space, massive garden and seating area. Property is huge inside with cinema/games room in basement. If you are looking for a perfect stag/hen party house, this is the one.
