Great location with amazing views to the mountains and the lake. Everything we wanted to see was within our reach. Lake, Waterfalls, Roman cable car, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance. Sufficient space to park the car. Kitchen well-equipped. Nice fire place for colder evenings. The place is clean, and well taken care of. Oliver is a great host who loves to provide for his guests, whether it is for local attractions and activities, or any other tips you may need. Would not have a single doubt to recommend anyone to stay here.

Staying at the Landhaus Karwendel was a great experience, the location was excellent. We reserved a room for two persons which was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the big balkon was amazing. The breakfast was simple but good, the coffee did not taste good. Here is the best price value ratio in Pertisau.

Breakfast was excellent with very high quality of products, fresheness automatical, natural juices, variety of eggs and bacon, cheeses and hams, corns, milks etc. Dinners were neatly served, rich in flavor and ideas. Especially fish and wild animals meat were excellent.
