Absolutely everything. The attention to detail was impeccable - everything we needed was thoughtfully provided for. The design of the rental was beautiful and had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The terrace was a definite highlight, providing a great space to relax and soak up the sunshine. Additionally, the location was super convenient and close to everything, including Universal Studios. The host was also incredibly accommodating and made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient and beautifully designed getaway.

Wonderful location, I am a very sensitive sleeper, this was the first place in LA where I never once woke up in the middle of the night. Feels secluded, when I booked I thought we would see the owners of the house often, but we only met 2 times over the weekend and had a very nice conversation, although I usually avoid people as much as possible. Incredible layout of the house, in the moment sometimes you forget you are still in LA. Incredibly clean, has everything you need to cook a meal, stove, pots, pans, oil, salt, and even a waffle iron, which is incredible. Very bright house, it is very comfortable at all times of the day. Beautiful bathroom, very clean, unbelievably clean, shiny.

To start with the place is well located, 10 minutes from downtown it is a good base to go around LA and you can easily reach all the other points of interest of the city. The house is big, we had a lovely stay and we enjoyed the place, very classic. Everything you need to live there is provided and you have also extra towels and soap. Highly recommended

We stayed 11 nights in the guest house. Bobylem gave us a warm welcome with a lovely message and a few drinks in the fridge. The guest house is super equipped with high quality appliances especially in the kitchen. Everything you need for everyday use was available - even in the bathroom. The cameras gave us a feeling of security. The lane to the guest house is quite narrow but was easy to manage even with an SUV. Uber drivers also found it easily. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. When the Dodgers were playing the area was sometimes a bit crowded but it was still easy to get around. If we didn't live so far away - we would like to come back more often. :-)

The room was very clean and had everything and the location is perfect, near famous attractions such as the Chinese Theatre, several Studios and plenty of public transport and places to eat! I didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it looked very clean. The personnel were extremely nice and they offered me a late check out till 1 pm which was perfect. They have a free shuttle that takes you to Universal and the metro station.
