We stayed here again for a night after coming back from Danum valley to break our drive back to KK. There are light snacks and free water refill throughout the day. Place is clean, safe and very relaxing. Staff are nice and very approachable - even allowed us to cook our Maggi noodles in their clean kitchen for simple dinner as we had too much to eat at Danum. Highly recommend and will love to stay here again if I ever return to Lahad Datu.

There are no shopping facilities, only a cpl very small shops for snacks and water etc. You need to make contact with the owner Udea to help arrange tspt or you hire a car. The rooms are comfortable and are right on the waters edge. Udea is a Dive Master so will take you out snorkelling etc if asked His mother makes all meals which are of local food. There are no credit card facilities so you need to bring cash It is typical village life, so chill out and enjoy it

Located in Kampung Kundasang, Spring Garden offers accommodations in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mount Kinabalu, 24 km from Ranau. This place has definitely exceeded my expectation. It's located about 5km from desa dairy farm and sosodikon Hill. Nearby also have alpaca club, rabbit farm, and strawberry farm. It is at foothill of Mt KK, which means you will get a spectacular view of Mt KK. Fresh air, quiet peaceful, everything you need to escape city life. It also surrounded by beautiful garden. The room comes with heated toilet flooring, heated water for shower and heated bed. The room and toilet are cleaner than some 4-5stars hotel in city. Host, Mr Lee is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is at H.Benjamin place - located just before entering the rocky path. The quality of the breakfast is actually not as bad as other reviews, considered that this is at ulu place. Can order other breakfast at H. Benjamin with reasonable price
