Nine eclectic suites amongst spacious lawns, a swimming pool, outdoor jetted hot tubs, outdoor covered dining & lounging spaces, a conference room, and a wide complement of inclusions make this villa an attractive retreat.
The area is on the highest point of Anguilla. There is a stunning beach, 'Crocus Bay', with water activities and a restaurant just a 1-3 minute drive or brief walk away to the east, which can be seen from the villa. Nearby, is also another more secluded beach, 'Katouche Bay', which is just a bit further than the other beach, but to the west. The neighborhood itself is residential. The walkable, commercial capital is 5 minutes away by car, and anywhere else you'd want to go on the island from the villa is 20 minutes away max!
