The service, facilities and food are all exceptional. Location is great and gives you easy access to an area of the city full of restaurants and shops. The hotel in itself invites you to stay on the grounds and offers plenty of space to conduct business or spend a peaceful afternoon by the pool.
Kudos to the staff, always polite, eager to help and offering a "good day/afternoon" with a smile.
I have been a guest for many years now (my wedding party was at this hotel) and I am always glad to come back and enjoy the great service this hotel has to offer.

It's a city with not much to offer. You're better off in La Paz, where the views are nicer, the scenery is just better. But you're really much better off in the more rural places, in the mountains, by the lakes and away from the cities.

Santa Cruz de la Sierra is an interesting city with a busy and parcely old part downtown. You find museums, the main plaza with the cathedral, shops for everyone, big restaurants and small places who sell delicious local food. Also thera are some modern shopping malls as also black markets where you find everything you might need for living. Cultural events are offered and some really nice places with abundant semi-tropical vegetation as well as places with a lake to swim and hotels. You can take a taxi or go by bus to almost every place you like, in general it is very safe, only in the outskirts you should be more careful and maybe not go there at nigt. Always take your purse with important things in front of you - just in case!
I certainly recommend Santa Cruz for a visit! A little bit outside there are the sanddunes and the botanical garden and other places like the Chiquitania, also very worth visiting!

Friendly people (is famous for its hospitality).
Friendly people (is famous for its hospitality). Is the most productive area of the country, you can find everything you expect of a big city. I like my staying and I will be back with more time and better organized agenda. Given the size of the city and the weather (mostly humid and hot) a car is necessary to visit properly Santa Cruz.

Nothing much to see in Santa Cruz, especially if you want to avoid catching Dengue Fever. I avoided traveling to more rural areas or even to the botanical gardens due to the high number of dengue cases there. In the city itself there's very little to see, although the nicer parts have some decent-looking restaurants and bars, so maybe during the dry season (less mosquitos) it might be a nice place to relax.

Santa cruz has a old historic center, a bit dangerous.
Santa cruz has a old historic center, a bit dangerous. Better to stay in the modern hotel district of Avenida San Martin, locals call this the VIP zone. Many nice restaurants and cafes, stores, boutiques and shopping malls.
I highly suggest you visit the jesuit mision area!
The five day circuit is perfect to see all the misions.

We liked Casa de Camba and the city center.
We liked Casa de Camba and the city center. It is not easy to walk on some streets because they are uneven. We didn’t like seeing the trash in the streets. Other than that there is plenty to do and see in the city.

The central location is great -- especially since I was in Santa Cruz for only a short stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. (I mostly dealt with Santiago at the front desk but all employees were helpful.) I was surprised by the free breakfast (I think the Booking.com description says the hotel doesn't provide meals) with lots of in-season fruit! And I didn't realize there is a pool, which looked well maintained.
Very beautiful hotel in Santa Cruz. The room we had was spacious, very comfortable and clean - and nicely decorated with lots of cinema references. The breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is a bit off from the historic center but it is a short ride or a slightly longer walk. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
Closest hotel to the Santa Cruz airport. Wonderful, resort level swimming pool, beautiful modern room, the air conditioning was already on in our room when we walked in.p, and pretty good food in the restaurant. I dont jnkw why this hotel is rated so low. Must be under new ownership/management now.
very helpful and friendly staff. very clean rooms. Very practical. Airconditioning works well. good breakfast included( considering that Continental breakfast is not a known thing in Bolivia). Cine Center is close by.
This is my new favourite hotel in SC at a very reasonable price.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable. If you need to use a driver I hope you meet the hotel’s driver Freddy, he’ll take care of you. this was my third time staying here, and they did not disappoint!
Breakfast was better than expected, good selection.
It was close to a main street leading from the airport.
Hotel seems very new, everything worked, especially in the bathroom.
Great location. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good with bigger variety than I've seen in other hotels in Bolivia. I would definitely recommend staying here!
