The Inn grounds were extraordinary from the amazing gardens to the pond and waterfalls in the creek. So many cozy nooks to sit in to read a book or have a glass of wine. We enjoyed the location outside of town as it was so quiet and private. The hosts were attentive, friendly and saw to your every need. Our room was beautiful and spotless.
Took advantage of the wonderful soaker tub. Breakfast was excellent and loved all the homemade touches and use of fruit/berries on the property.
Featuring an on-site dining room and lounge, this decorative hotel is located just across from Salt Spring Island Visitor Information in Ganges. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The location, reasonable price, friendly and helpful staff
Ganges is an interesting small town on a beautiful island.
Ganges is an interesting small town on a beautiful island. The people are open and welcoming and the prices are still manageable. With all the wonderful local produce and products we hoped the cuisine would be slightly better and there would be more choices. The Saturday market is a great addition to the excitement of the island.

First time. Will definitely come again. Lots to see. Barbs bakery was wonderful. The public library was gorgeous. Only thing is you need a car. Dependent on a travelling companion that drives. Visited the Sheep farm , The train Show and Lavender and Black farm.

Ganges has a number of restaurants and coffee shops but in many cases hours are somewhat limited (likely due to staff shortages at this time). There is plenty going on (including the busy Saturday market) as well as a variety of outdoor activities available to warrant a 3 day or longer stay. We have stayed in or near Ganges a number of times, and plan to return at least once each year, hopefully more.

Ganges is a lovely little walkable town But parking can be a problem. Lots of really cute little shops and eating spots. Really nice marina setting with areas to sit and enjoy the view. Fascinating history and a ton of scenic drives within minutes of the village. Saturday market has an incredible mix of crafts, food, and interesting local handiwork. We made breakfast of it with some amazing local pastries, bread, potstickers and coffee. Sat in the adjacent park and enjoyed the ambience. The perfect ending to a couple lovely days in the area. We drove all over the island and enjoyed the views from one end to the other. Went biking at Ruckle farm, had an amazing lunch at the Rocksalt café, sampled craft beer, goat cheese, local moonshine and met many very friendly local folks. Really a wonderful way to spend our anniversary getaway.

It is a small island so doesn't take long to go from place to place. The studios are varied and interesting, the beaches are a great source of shells, the ocean was calm and wonderful to watch the seals play
The town itself is small with local boutiques and a very interesting market on Saturdays that the local artist display their wares.
There is not a good steak house, but lots of places to eat
Central location on Saltspring Island. Less than 10 minutes to Ganges.
Rustic charm. Excellent wood for the fireplace provided daily. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette well stocked with an good assortment of utensils. Full sized fridge with freezer and ice cube trays. Filtered drinking water in seperate faucet was very nice. Resort hot tub wasn't huge, 6 person max, but it was warm, clean and not over chlorinated. The towels provided for the hot tub were very soft. Overall good value.
Great location 2 minutes by bicycle from centre of Ganges village, but surprisingly quiet; our room with harbour view and patio was wonderful , very comfortable and spacious with large patio nicely screened from next door rooms (I would not want to be in a room on the other side overlooking the parking lot). Staff were very helpful in providing a secure place to lock our bikes (and are working on creating a permanent bike storage facility).
The hostess was welcoming and gracious. She provided an orientation to the facilities when we arrived and was helpful with any questions we had. Both mornings she prepared a lovely breakfast and the coffee was excellent! She told us where to buy it and we came home with a bag of Salt Spring Island coffee beans to enjoy at home.
We would certainly recommend this Bed and Breakfast to friends.
The perfect Salt Spring accommodations for the two of us. Pretty.and comfortable apartment with a deck overlooking the host's gardens and a beautiful view of the water. Kitchen was perfect for cooking simple meals with everything we needed. There was also a very nice grill on the deck. And gorgeous sunrises every morning outside our window.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful! The grounds were stunning and we really enjoyed lounging at the pool and playing around in the games room. Stephanie was an amazing host. This place is a true gem and much more special/unique than most hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely be back next year!
The baked goods provided were delicious! The room was well maintained, cozy and clean. The shared space was lovely with boardgames, books, puzzles and comfy seating! When I come back to Salt Spring I hope I can stay here again. Oh and the cat Steve was a delight! Make sure you give him some good head scratches!
Wendy & Joe were extremely welcoming so we felt right at home immediately. The room is set in beautiful surroundings of an exotic plant nursery operated by Joe. Lovely, homely touches by Wendy in the room and en-suite. Wendy's art is also fabulous so don't leave without asking for a visit to her gallery!
The location was excellent. I opted for a room with private bath on the harbour side which added to the comfort of the stay. The location is amazing and centred in Ganges for convenience but with many beautiful places to visit on the island.
The location was quiet, beautiful and so cozy! It was super easy to check in.
The location is close to downtown Ganges, so you can easily walk there and enjoy the beautiful view. Also very close to Francis Bread, a great bakery.
Staff was amazing, and the location is fantastic, close to all main points of interests near Ganges. The room was nice, well appointed and comfortable but without any frills. Just expected slightly better because of the price.
Perfectly situated up the big hill coming out of Ganges. Lots of space for our bicycles in the room. Wonderful staff. All amenities (and then some). Planning our next stay there before we even left.
A cozy and welcoming place with easy access to downtown Ganges and area. Loved the thoughtful breakfast items of milk, juice, fresh bread! eggs, granola and plum jam! Thank you Celia.
fantastic location on lake not
far from Ganges. beautiful view of lake from terrace and balcony.
very comfortable and spacious cottage
Free canoes and paddle boards were a nice touch
Beautiful spot on Salt Spring Island. Host was so kind and we really enjoyed learning about all of the palm trees on the property and in the town. Loved our stay!
