The beds were very comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We needed to have an early check in and they made sure the room was ready for us. The Continental breakfast was very good! The staff were very friendly.

Beautiful town.
Beautiful town. Wonderful people who treat you like their neighbours. Great restaurants. Don't let the main street being torn up deter you it adds to the ambience and the merchant's desperately need tourist support during the ongoing improvements. Fantastic festivals!!!!!

Amazing beach - clean and clear.
Amazing beach - clean and clear. Lovely white sand, shallow blue cool waters. Small play area by the beach, and a small walk way into the waters which is a also a strategic location to view the amazing sunset. Dont miss the bagpiper music played from the lighthouse at sunset! We went to the big grocery store Saturday night to buy food. We ate dinner Friday at a bar with great fish and a great view of lake Huron. It was easy to drive in Kincardine and easy to walk, too. There are literally hundreds of bagpipers all over town. They play anywhere they want and they don't care if you don't want to hear it. We travel to Kincardine every summer for the Highland games in July. Great little vacation town with nice selection of shopping and food. We had lots of choices of places to eat and chose Boston...
We had lots of choices of places to eat and chose Boston Pizza and the Erie Bell and enjoyed both. There are many parks and they have lots of innovative climbers etc. for children. We didn't have time to explore the walking trails but there are plenty of them. Loved the easy-going pace of this lovely harbour town

Quaint main street including lovely park. A stretch of main road turns into pedestrian mall on weekend. Interesting history. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants. We ate at Bruce’s and had excellent meal. Pretty beach near marina and lighthouse. Enjoyed a sunset cruise, skillfully run by Captain Mike & First Mate Meri. Will for sure go back!RebeccaCanada
