The carpets leading to our room very not hoovered properly; this changed only after day 4 of our stay when I rang and complained.
The selection of tea at breakfast was limited, one morning there was no English breakfast tea at all and in the room the tea selection was even more limited (only Earl Grey and Green tea), so I went to buy myself some nice Darjeeling in a supermarket. As a tea drinker I also would have expected at breakfast tea leaves instead of tea bags in a 5* establishment.
In the spa, some of the the bathrobes were in a deplorable condition (one had a piece ripped out and the other one had loads of threads hanging from it).
The sun loungers by the whirlpool are made from plastic which I would not associate with 5* standard.
The hotel is close to shopping, concert halls , museums and 2 metro stations, very central.
The rooms are spacious, like small apartments with kitchen corner, separate living area, desk, big bathrooms and a lot of storage space.
The staff, especially at breakfast, but in general (reception, valet, waiters) are extremely nice.
We had breakfast included in our rate and it was very good; the same applies to the food in the restaurant.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
