i am not please with the Booking.com i wanted to stay 2 night instead of one Booking .com say i could not get a 2nd night called the hotel directly and they said there was no problem and we had to pay booking.com one night and the hotel directly the 2nd night
Parking was a requirement yet they charge you above the cost the room cost for each day parking
The hotel is old and the cost is high for a hotel needing work
the one advantage is the down town location

Although some things were closed the self guided walking tour with well placed plaques, along with art galleries for the rainy times the trails along the river, & thebeautiful old homes and I got to Thurs.night market. Yes out of prov. free parking ticket. If you take your time lots to do . There are way toooo many choices for eating . Unable to tour play house -graduations going on ,the legislature was in a controversial uproare and something was going on at Christ Church Cathederal so didn't get to see the interior esp stain glass windows. Fredericton is a beautiful small City feeling in a great downtown location along the St. John River. It is filled with restaurants, artists shops and other shops. There are amazing walking/biking paths throughout Fredericton. There is a Farmers' Market every Saturday off Brunswick Street.

Fredericton is the capital of New Brunswick and the home of the University of New Brunswick and St. Thomas University. There are ample and good local bars and restaurants that demonstrate typical down-home hospitality and friendliness. Good bars include The Snooty Fox, Dolan's Pub and Rustico King West Brewing. It's an easy city to drive in and the downtown can be walked end to end in less that 30 mins (unless you decide to stop in one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants).

This hotel is very close to many restaurants, shops and different activities they have during the summer. I particularly love the Saturday market they have every weekend just 2 blocks from the hotel. I visited a few things and was able to leave my car parked at the hotel and walk everywhere.
We had just travelled all day and were tired.
The rooms were quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We had a very good breakfast before heading out again.
All the employees(at the front desk, in the dining room for breakfast, in the hallways) we saw were friendly and greeted us in passing. This does not happen in other hotels.
I will definitely recommend to people who are travelling to Fredericton.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in/out was quick and easy, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was acceptable and included in the price. Bathroom was nice, with lots of supplies. Hotel itself was clean, and good parking. Fitness room had dumbbells up to 50 and a few cardio machines. Was sufficient.
The Lincoln Inn is nicely situated at close proximity to Fredericton. There is a nice trail walking distance from the Motel. The staff are very nice and were able to accommodate a last-minute change to our booking due to issues with our vehicle. Would definitely recommend the Motel to someone else.
Located close to Brackley beach and Fredericton, the owners are trying to make this a nice hotel. Their water feature needs some fish!
Beds weren't the most comfortable and pillows were thin, but the room was done up nicely.
Owners were very nice.
Good for the price! :)
We drove up from the US and to be honest when it comes to value for money there is no comparison. In the US we paid more for what ended up being a dump. The Fredricton Inn is an excellent, comfortable hotel with phenomenal kitchen!
The room was really quiet and the bed was very comfortable . Also they had a great buffet breakfast . The hotel is in a good location and there is a fabulous pub that is part of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again .
What a great hotel! Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was so much much more than I expected. I also made use of the hot tub and pool since I was there. Loved it! Never staying anywhere else in Fredricton.
Beautiful inn, well cared for. Angie was amazing, truly wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Breakfast was delicious. Easy walking distance to downtown attractions.
Good location. Approx. 10 minutes by car to Fredericton downtown. Green area with a lake by side. We got a room on the first floor with a beautiful view. I recommend!
