Our room was on the third floor of the hotel with a direct view of the lake. The breakfast was good, including excellent croissants. The room was compact but well designed with all that one needs. The in-room safe was big enough for a tablet. The hotel is handy for public transport - bus, train and boat - and close to a big supermarket.

The views from the room and the restaurant over the lake were very beautiful. The room was clean and quiet with window closed. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed an œuf à la qocue. It’d be good to check with the hotel in advance about the discounts of parks and museums if you plan to go because they have a special discount coupon for the hotel guests up to 50%. I also loved that I got a coupon that I could use for discounts up to. 50% off on museums and other things not just in Villeneuve bout in surrounding towns as well. plus, the discount card gave me free passage on all busses and trains during my stay.HeidiUnited States of America
