First of all. The crew! The Eden Palace crew provided us an unexpected and unforgettable experience of service and hospitality. It made our journey a joyful, comfortable and easy. All the hotel facilities were in good condition and very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I truly recommend the Eden Palace au Lac for an unforgettable vacation.

It’s a so great stay. The location is prefect, it is just at the end of platform 1. The breakfast is surprisingly good and delicious.

Great location to access Christmas markets and train station. Pool and spa facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

This property is located in the best location in Montreux. You have the beautiful Lake Geneva, right out the back of the hotel with views from your room that are stunning. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, if you want to go downtown without walking and very convenient distance to all restaurants and cafés. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Montreal.

The lighting in the room was the best we have seen. Able to turn off all the lights from bed, night stand lamps very easy to turn off.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with free parking and a bus stop right next to it. With the Montreux Riviera Card provided by the hotel, you can take the bus to the city center for free, which is super convenient. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, gave us great tips about what to see and where to eat. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very pleasant. Great value for money - we truly enjoyed our stay

Comfortable Swiss cabin style! Great staff, and they do have food service in the morning in the evening. Sometimes the restaurant is open all day.

The room worked perfectly for three adults, great view, nice to have bath and tub. It was very comfortable. Great location and the Riveria card was a big help with riding the bus, seeing museums, and riding the boats.

I had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The view over the lake was absolutely stunning — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my jacket in the room, but they quickly and efficiently sent it back to me. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and pleasant getaway!
