Even before I had my accident, where I broke my collarbone, this was a fabulous place to stay. A beautiful house and garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Near the railway station (not noisy.) Good Italian restaurant just 8 minute's walk. When I experienced an unfortunate accident, Gunther and his wife Maria drove 60 minutes up and down a local mountain to recover my bicycle and car. They also took me to the hospital and collected me afterward. For the next two days they looked after me as I needed - and even cooked me evening meals. Gunther and Maria are exceedingly kind people, and I was very lucky to choose this place to stay.

A wonderful hotel in the perfect location for skiing in Villars (directly across the street from the train to Bretaye). Great amenities, wonderful breakfast, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in an apartment in the Chalet that was pure luxury! We never wanted to leave. We will stay again.

Staff were so welcoming, the hotel & room was super cosy & clean, I felt so lucky to wake up every morning ♥️ The restaurant food was the best food we tasted in Leysin & the couples massage we booked was sensational, not to mention how lovely the masseuses were. I stayed in Aigle because I was attending the Montreux Jazz and wanted accommodation away from the manic city vibe, but with easy access. Aigle was perfect. Even staying in Montreux past midnight there was a fast and efficient train to risk me to my hotel.

Very friendly and fast responding host always willing to help! Thank you for the nice hospitality. Aigle is a perfect location to explore the region. We visited beautiful, little villages and did fantastic hiking above Leysin and at Lac de Tanney. To relax we highly recommend the beautiful Thermal bath bain de Lavey an only 15’ drive from the house with different saunas, hammam and relaxation areas. Don’t miss it and stay here!

Convenient location close to Aigle station. Not much to do in Aigle, but we were playing golf at the Montreux golf course. Nice facilities. Requested an extra pillow but it was not possible to get one. Staff from the agency were very helpful.

The location of the hotel is very central and close to restaurants. The room size and friendly staff were the highlights. The room is well furnished, and the beds are comfortable.. There was a little electric fan.
