The hotel was comfortable and unassuming, yet provided everything I needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, the bedroom was neat with ample space for clothing, and the shower room was well appointed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate. What makes this hotel so special it its staff who provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond in their provision of help and good service. I was not on holiday, but dealing with a family crisis. I felt well supported and cared for.

The hotel is just across a road from the lake of Geneva. It has a bar/restaurant area on a covered jetty over the water. Our room was on the third floor of the hotel with a direct view of the lake. The breakfast was good, including excellent croissants. The room was compact but well designed with all that one needs. The in-room safe was big enough for a tablet. The hotel is handy for public transport - bus, train and boat - and close to a big supermarket.

Eva was very helpful before and during the stay at the hotel. The views from the room and the restaurant over the lake were very beautiful. The room was clean and quiet with window closed. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed an œuf à la qocue. It’d be good to check with the hotel in advance about the discounts of parks and museums if you plan to go because they have a special discount coupon for the hotel guests up to 50%. I would love to come back!

it’s right in the heart of Villeneuve. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful vie of the lake. The free breakfast was great! I also loved that I got a coupon that I could use for discounts up to. 50% off on museums and other things not just in Villeneuve bout in surrounding towns as well. plus, the discount card gave me free passage on all busses and trains during my stay.

Everything we could possibly need in the property was there, including travel adaptor plugs, slippers and a coffee machine! The hosts were also incredibly helpful and on hand with advice on what to do in the area based on what you wanted from your holiday to villeneuve

Hotel is like a seaside hotel, nothing fancy but comfortable, very clean. Parking on the other side of the road. Lovely view from my room overlooking the lake .Breakfast room very nice, as well as the breakfast itself.

This is one of the most comfortable and quiet hotels I've stayed in. Although the street was noisy outside closing the window totally deadened the sound and I had a great night's sleep in a v comfy bed with quiet a/c

Great location facing the lake. Staff v helpful and found us a spot to store our bikes safely (no dedicated storage otherwise). Appreciated the fan in the room ( hotel does not have A/C).
