Shangri La was really cold this time of year. We switched hotels from somewhere freezing. Staying in Shangri la in Shangri la is a great option. On check in our room was upgraded to a room with a great view. it was lovely to watch the CNY fireworks from our room. Staff at this hotel are great they would top up our water (we needed lots of hot drinks to stay warm). I would recommend this hotel a lot.

Great hospitality. The owner of the guest house is very helpful and friendly, always smiling. The guest house is 15 minutes away from Tina, but it’s pretty much walkable. The best part of the Gorge is the coffee shop at the bottom, which has a superb view.

I was there in January, the room was very warm inside with AC and electric mattress, and very important there was always hot water. Good location opposite Guishan Park and the staff is really kind and helpful.

The hotel was located on a nice street close to some restaurants and the city center. We also liked the interior design with a lot of pretty wood elements, traditional ornaments and carpets.
