This is a great city, especially for expats, ( if you are feeling a little homesick). There are numerous restaurants offering international cuisine and in Yiwu, you will come to find a healthy mixture of people of different ethnicities. It's a great city for shopping, as you will be sure to get quality items at very low prices! My most favourite place to eat was the Sultan Turkish restaurant. The food was simply the best and the staff's English speaking ability is very good.

Beautiful city with nice weather all around the year. Although I was very busy in my short 5-day visit, I can see that there are many places to go in Yiwu (may be next time). I still managed to visit Sultan and Similar restaurants and coffee shops and in general the Yiwu city is more business/tourist friendly than Guangzhou for example. The permanent/continuous International trade fair/malls are well organized for visitors convenience (I wish public restrooms have better hygiene). Taxi fare rates are affordable.
