Some of the friendliest staff we have found in any hotel anywhere. Great place to get close to nature in comfortable, well-equipped bungalows that offer a panoramic view of the forest outside and a chance to see lots of wildlife. The thermal river was a special experience, and the volcanic mud really did seem to make our skin younger :)

The property landscaping and room were amazing! It was very peaceful to watch the different birds fly past our window and the family even gave us a tour around their property where there was a sloth! Cute dogs around as well

The location and accommodations were incredible. Upon arriving we felt like we were nestled into the rainforest with the lovely creek running next to the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the geodome was the coolest place I've ever stayed with a beautiful rainforest view, lots of comfortable seating, and much appreciated air conditioning.
This lodge is surrounded by a natural trail that leads to Miravalles Volcano and Bijagua River. It arranges horse-riding, fishing and bird-wathing activities, as well as shuttle services.

Lovely garden , comfortable lodge, the walk to the waterfall is a must if you are staying here. Takes 1 hr and you can swim in a lovely spot after about 40 min. Beautiful primal forest on route. Really exceptional trees. We also enjoyed our dinner . Good location for Rio Celeste walk or tubing.

A nice place for the price with very nice host. We love the Mountain views. There are nearby restaurants, one just across the road and also a grocery store. Nice locals very friendly. We visited Hornillas Volcano Hot Springs very beautiful. We had a sauna bath, mud bath and enjoyed swimming the hot spring swimming pools. We really regret we needed to leave backed in samara for a business meeting. The 2 days stay were not enough to explore other tourist destinations in Bagaces Guanacaste. If given the chance we’d like to be back and stay longer in Hospedaje Naranjo Verde again. 🥰

The staff were spectacular, willing to go the extra mile to help. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom had a make up mirror and a big stall for the shower. The best part for me was the balcony with two rocking chairs and a hammock that could have been built for two.
