Fantastic staff and great location
We were there for the start of a cruise and breakfast was included but we booked an extra night without breakfast but enquirer on arrival and the cost was excessive
Liked the breakfast and the reception. Nothing else, poor service and a lot of spiders in the room!
- room smell like something very old and dirty. - room is very dirty, i found 4 spiders about 2 or 3 centmeters, one in the bathroom, one next table, and two close to bed, all alives. - the attendant of the fitness room could be more polite (08/sep/2014 about 20h). He and she was very good to talk each other, and terrible to help the guests. What they do there? Put a dog there, would be better.
Location. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Efficient staff.
The decoration is bland. The bar is too expensive. Not much atmosphere in general.
Location, Staff, river view from the room, large room
Nothing to complain
room was really nice. Location is great. The perfect hotel for a city trip on Prague.
Was not much attractive than I expected.
Unkind in responses by reception staffs. Felt like looking down turist from Asia. Was unpleasure.
The location was good.
The manager ws so rude and didnt like to be asked questions. He shouls stay in his room if he does not like to be approched by people
Location was excellent, staff were kind and attentive.
Nothing for kids. Niether a kids pool nor a play room. Also i was charged for lunch i did not take, it was rectified after i noticed it
Good price to quality ratio.
Very expensive wi-fi. About $40 per day per person. For two people we had to pay $80 a day, which is comparable to the price of the room. There is a "free" wi-fi in the room, but it is a joke, the speed s not enough for mail or facebook. Most of the hotels offer free wi-fi (definetely 5-star hotels) or at least for the reasonable price.
Location, reasonably quiet room but not spacious. Can't comment on sauna, fitness etc. Expensive restaurant but nothing fabulous.
long walk from the main lift. no stairs alternative. additional lifts do not stop at lobby but you find no warnings telling you this. I stayed 4 nights (business trip) but was given receipt for 3 only. The receptionist said that "booking com" will receipt the 4th night separately. It is untrue and contradicts what "booking" says itself.
No wifi even though logged in
We were a large family group with ages ranging from 10 to over 80 and the hotel met all our needs. The rooms and public areas were very comfortable; we loved the roof terrace; the spa, although not used, was well appointed; but the biggest compliment is reserved for the hotel staff who were friendly and helpful with all our requests - both before and during our visit. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.
Breakfast costs around £20 per person if not pre-booked so consider an inclusive rate.
Location, size of rooms, generally quiet
Whole bed moved every time my partner rolled over, waking me up
Location is the best description, or the only one.
Breakfast not recovered, a lot of things missing at buffet. Spiders everywhere, We had a huge Spider's web in our room and a small spider sliding down over our luggage. Not very well cleaned.
Great location, clean, staff so friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend. Good value. Not too expensive to upgrade to club level giving access to drinks, snacks, other perks day and evening. Breakfast great
Location and room were fantastic
Staff were very unhelpful and food way overpriced
The location of the hotel was great, it was walking distance from the old square, astronomical clock and the charles bridge. The view from the windor of the river was awesome. The bed and pillows in our inter-connecting rooms were very comfortable.
EVERYTHING!!! The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and truly made me and my daughter feel welcomed and felt at home. Beautiful city, wonderful hotel and a top notch staff.
The sauna was our haven after a long day of tour, but every time we were there, the female staff were occupying the small sauna space. The last day before our check-out, the female staff even scrubbed her body with sponge in sauna! I couldn't believe my eyes! Not knowing the czech culture I didn't say anything. But when I saw the staff exiting through the staff door after she changed, I felt indignant that she scrubbed her dead body cell on the guest sauna floor!
Location, A/C in large room
Pricey rooms, expensive restaurant
The location. It's close to metro station and old town square.
There is no complimentary water in the room. 1 bottle will cost you czk120. For a 5 star hotel like intercon I guess giving your guests a complimentary bottled water will do no harm in your business. In other hotel in europe though it's a 2 star htl you will find a bottled water in the fridge for free. Hotel staff is not that friendly and accommodating.. Except for the housekeeping who always smile and greet us in the hotel lobby.
Superb location. .though room a little run down but still well maintained. .best location. . Only place to stay me... will come back..
The gym, sauna and pool area was exceptional with classes and tanning beds. Full fitness centre full of equipment.
Expensive for Prague
Location was the best thing, the price was reasonable, the staff friendly/
The trip to Kutna Hora with Grey Line recommended by the concierge- the guide didn't speak neither Russian nor English well enough and didn't tell much about the sights.
