Hotel is centrally located and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends when visiting Prague. |

Personal attentive service, inclusive international restaurant menu, luxurious ambience, safe haven from otherwise "gritty" surrounds. The street noises (drunks etc.) heard from our room until 4 o'clock in the morning each night - maybe double glazing would help. The restaurant is a walk through and people off the street were allowed to come through past diners to use the toilet - a bit annoying for diners. |

Very nice hotel and rooms. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. Excellent location. Small point, but two toasters would be better at breakfast. |

Room was very nice and large. Hotel is well situated in old town. Recption staff very nice. The wait service at breakfast were really disorganized. The restaurant at the hotel was not good - our dinner order was forgotten and when it finally arrived was cold and not very good. Stay at the hotel but avoid the restaurant. |

The room was beautiful. Very large and the bathroom was awesome. Nicest shower I have used. Beautiful location with nice view of street. Staff is beyond excellant. Breakfast is plenty and you won't need lunch. The walls were not expecially clean. The postives far outweigh the negatives. |

Great location in the old town but away from the main square so nice and quiet. Staff very courteous, efficient and very helpful (especially on arrival at reception). The room was excellent and a nice size for a city hotel. A perfect place for a romantic weekend in a beautiful city. On our next visit to Prague, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. There is an internal courtyard which is ideal for mornig coffees, afternoon teas, evening aperetifs etc. Unfortunately, it was out of use as it was having a glass roof installed. This will make it even better but it would have been appreciated if we'd been advised of the work at the time of booking. (Work should be finished by mid May 2009) |

Centrally located hotel within easy walking distance to both the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Beautifully decorated room with very comfortable bed and big LCD TV screen on the wall. Bathroom, though not spacious, is luxurious and well appointed. Outstanding breakfast with extraordinary choice of cold and warm dishes, fruit ... even sparkling wine. |

Fantastic staff. beatiful rooms, good selection of food for breakfast, good location and really nice beds. Some of the types of food on the breakfast menu that were supposed to be warm (sausages, fried potatoes etc) was lukewarm. This should be very easy to fix. |

We had a wonderful time although we only stayed for three night. All the staff without exception were so helpful. In particular Nicholas who welcomed us when we arrived gave us a welcome drink and spent maybe half an hour showing the places to see on maps and the computer. We would have no hestitation is recommending anyone to your hotel. Well done, Val & Peter Swensson. |

The staff was very kind we came for our honeymoon and were greeted with a bottle of champagne. The room was very exquisite and the location is very very central. Very clean and friendly service. Good sound insulation even though in a city-centre. LCD TV had speakers connected also in the bathroom so quite entertaining :), TV had lots of international channel and news. |
