I would recommend booking the restaurant on site - well worth a visit. The area itself has a lot to do with the small towns full of nice places to eat and lots of Weinguten surrounding the hotel, one or two hours walk in any direction. The location was perfect to explore the area. Our room was very spacious and luxurious - it looked out right onto the countryside, had a very comfy bed, and a very fancy bathroom!

Pretty nice holiday getaway hotel with good location, view, facility and friendly staff. There is a gift riesling in the room(yes of course, this is Geisenheim, riesling is the reason that brought us here), and it is a pretty tasty one. The hotel has a fine restaurant attached to it, but we didn't have a chance to try due to reservation issues.JunChina

Breakfast is phenomenal, not just food, which is great, but first of all ambience and a breathtaking view from breakfast terrace. Rooms spacious and modern, beds comfy. On balance, this is what you expect from a hotel of this class.
