A very quiet neighborhood just 3 underground stops from Willy Brandt Platz, where I needed to be for work. The air conditioning worked fine, but I was lucky it was not too hot outside (29 degrees when I landed, but then there was a storm) and I slept with the window open and no air conditioning. The room was on the 4th floor, no noise. Very nice staff, super breakfast, nice desk in the room. The room had a big window, good curtains to make it dark. The area does not offer as many eating options as the city centre, but I often choose to get some food from a local store, and there's a REWE supermarket just 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, so that was fine for me. There are also some restaurants in the area, but it's mostly a residential area, and a very nice one, too. It took me less than 20 minutes to get from the hotel to Willy Brandt Platz, including walking. Buy your metro tickets in advance though, if you don't want to risk a fine. The metro does not have turnstiles, but checks are frequent.

    Very happy with the close location to the central station Staff were very helpful and happy, excellent Room very clean and comfortable, bit small but we managed I was worried about the privacy of window even though we had heavy curtains I feel a sheer curtain would help Close to the river, 5 minute walk 20 minute walk to city centre and old town to the city centre One of the most beautiful old towns in Germany Heavy police presence around the central station. It is very intimidating with un desirables. 3-4 days was enough for a short visit

    While being a short (stopover) stay, Frankfurt was an unexpected surprise during our train travel between Paris and Prague. We stayed for 2 nights (1 and a half days) and had plenty of places to visit and things to do.

    I didn't like the fact that the lift didn't serve all the floors. I was on the 7th floor and the lift stopped at the 5th floor. Carrying heavy suitcases (especially if one is elderly) all these floors isn't fun. But Farzad and Ludmilla were kind and helpful.

    Frankfurt was a complete surprise - a pleasant one ! The city is a nice mix of modern skyline (financial centre) and the old town which is well preserved and simply lovely. To top it all off the river Main is lovely to stroll along. The whole city felt safe and clean, certainly not as grungy as some places we visited such as Cologne or Hamburg. Barely any graffiti, all well maintained, ordinary people strolling or exercising along the river. Great food and cafes in the old town. Just a lovely visit

    Great location relative to main train station.

    Great location relative to main train station. Rooms and hotel facilities were immaculate and breakfast was sumptuous. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The attached historic part of the hotel was being renovated and will reportedly be open on October but there was virtually no construction noise to be heard. There are ample nearby restaurants and a beer garden is across the street. You are not bothered by Frankfurt’s homeless and addict populations at this location. We stayed here twice during this trip and I would both stay again and recommend to others.

    As a City, Frankfurt is actually very compact.

    As a City, Frankfurt is actually very compact. We only really understood this when we visited, having booked 7 nights/8 days there. But, as our Hotel was only a few minutes from the main Railway Station,we were able to spend a couple of days exploring nearby cities to compensate for that. We LOVED the skyscrapers..The Viewing deck on Main Tower was one of the best we`ve been on.Spectacular views. The riverside is lovely to walk along, and there are boat trips along it too,should you wish to choose one. The City is VERY green, particularly Palmengarten,the botanical gardens and The Zoo (We spent over 4 hours at the Zoo) EuroparkGarten is well worth a visit,as is The Skyline Plaza. There are MANY Museums.. We visited the Shock Headed Peter Museum,which was fascinating,and were totally blown away by the Museum of Communication, where we reckon enthusiasts could have easily spent a full day. We reckon most people would cover all the main points of interest in two days maximum. Well worth a weekend/midweek break for sure...

    The location of the hotel is really good, close to the main station as well as city centre. If you know Frankfurt, you know that the Bahnhofsviertel has two faces but that's just how it is. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazong and had a great selection (also veg and vegan options).

    Location right near train station - if you come from airport for one night it's just perfect place to stay. Very kind receptionist. Good breakfast. Central part just 15-20 minutes of fine walking. Even managed to get a beer in hotel's bar at around 23 PM
